I AM LOST FOR WORDS FOR THE INCREDIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I RECEIVED FROM SUCH MEN OF RESPECT, HONOR, AND PRESTIGE. My Review of Victory Nissan of Chesapeake:
Unbelievable when it comes down to dealing with a phenomenal service group of men like such. I am lost for words for the incredible service experience that I received from such men of respect, honor, and prestige. For taking in a vehicle and fixing the probably with no hesitation or complaints of what's needed to be done for the job to be completed. On the behalf of myself (Terrell) can whoever will take a look at this survey do something for these two young men to show how appreciative we are as a customer and a community to have such a wonderful service team in this great area. Please show them how appreciative we are for their great customer service and I recommend anyone to continue doing business with them for a life long experience. Thanks again for such an honor! They took the time to really diagnostic and troubleshoot the problem by looking at the schematics and replacing parts that needed to be replaced. The entire experience was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thumbs up, I rate them a hundred if I could and I have heard that many others customers feel the same way.

After receiving a vehicle not equiped as promissed by sales I had doubts about the dealership. The Servive Department excells.The vehicle received service and was ready as promissed.
I would recommend service but not sales.

My Review of Victory Nissan of Chesapeake:
I have been highly fortunate to have bought my 2008 Nissan Sentra at Victory Nissan. They have exceptional customer service, & kind dealers. While there to purchase my Sentra, I did not feel at all rushed or pushed to purchase. Billy, my dealer, answered all my questions, and I was able to get a great deal on my car that same day. In addition, service is wonderful! My service advisor, Gary, is another wonderful person to work with, because he is a great listener and he takes time to not only listen to my concerns, but provides me with the best options to maintain my car. Unfortunately, I moved to NC and have not been able to find a dealership like Victory Nissan. I still travel to VA to get my car maintained by VN! I am coming back whenever I need a new car! I am a customer for life! Thank you everyone at Victory Nissan!

T I have owned a Nissan for over 35 years and I love them. The reason I am sending this is because for the last 2 ½ years the service a Victory Nissan of Chesapeake is more than outstanding. Amanda Cantu is the best service advisor I have ever come across. I feel like I’m not getting the run around and she is definitely an asset to the maintenance team at Victory Nissan.

Only OUTSTANDING service is what you are going to receive at this Dealership?!!!!Victory Nissan of Chesapeake,V.A. TOP NOTCH!!!! in my book.I went in for a oil change and a Car State Inspection and the folks were nothing but REMARKABLE!!!!Mr.Gary Nelson was very helpful,friendly,and very resourceful who displayed exceptional professional expertise(A TRUE PROFESSIONAL).He took care of me right away with or hassle.I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My Review of Victory Nissan of Chesapeake:
I purchased my Nissan Versa in 2007. I've had wonderful experiences in the Service Dept since I've had my car. Like most service departments, I expected the worst.
Victory Nissan Service Dept has excellent customer service. They call about you and the vehicle. They send me service updates on my car, follow-up calls, and loaner cars. I must say I've been very impressed. My Service Advisor is GARY NELSON is a excellent employee when it comes to his job and customer service. Gary let's me know what I need to get repaired or checked on the vehicle for next service before I leave.
When I first arrive in the service dept, I have a pretty good feeling and leave out feeling like a queen!!
