As far as service goes, it’s generally excellent though somewhat dependent on the advisor you end up with. Danny is great. Jesse is great. When I arrived, there were 3 service people at their dedks (only one with a customer) and 1 other person waiting. No acknowledgement from any of them. The one service person with a customer spent about 19 minutes chatting with her about his personal life, as the line got longer. By the time I was finally waited on, there were 5 of us in line. Caleb w checked me in, was professional, friendly, and efficient. The car was ready on time and I was notified. However, the problem with the hybrid system that I was most concerned about was not resolved or explained. Because the technician could not replicate it, nothing more was done. It is a problem that has happened twice now, and causes me to not trust my car. I asked to have the manager call me (this was on Thursday). It is now Saturday, and I have received no call back.
