As far as service goes, it’s generally excellent though somewhat dependent on the advisor you end up with. Danny is great. Jesse is great. Others maybe not so much, but they no longer seem to work at Victo somewhat dependent on the advisor you end up with. Danny is great. Jesse is great. When I arrived, there were 3 service people at their dedks (only one with a customer) and 1 other person waiting. No acknowledgement from any of them. The one service person with a customer spent about dedks (only one with a customer) and 1 other person waiting. No acknowledgement from any of them. The one service person with a customer spent about 19 minutes chatting with her about his personal life, as the line got longer. By the time I was finally waited on, there were 5 of us in line. Caleb w checked me in, was professional, friendly, and efficient. The car was ready on time and I was notified. However, the problem with the hybrid system that I was most concerned about was not resolved or explained. Because the technician could not replicate it, nothing more was done. It is a problem that has happened twice now, and causes me to not trust my car. I asked to have the manager call me (this was on Thursday). It is now Saturday, and I have received no call back.
