My Review of Vincent Mazda Volkswagen:
I own a 1999 VW New Beetle which had a problem with the oil light coming on. I called both the dealers in Rochester and only Vincent said that they could take it in that day. So I had the car towed to their shop and was told that they would have it completed in the next day. After almost two weeks of waiting I find that they charged me over 400 dollars for a small air tube and the tiny funnel that was needed to replace the tube. The light is now coming back on. Normally I would return to the same dealer, but I will not be going back. I was treated so rudely by the staff and the car came back to me with almost 60 miles put on it! They said that they had to drive it to see what was wrong with it. BUT 60 MILES! The car also was dirty with hand prints on the light colored ceiling material. I will try the other dealer in town this time.

I had service work done to my tribute. They fixed the vehicle in one day and I haven't had any trouble with it since. The price was afforable and service personell were great to deal with
