Service person, Larry who assisted me was personable and fast and remembered me from just meeting me once. My vehicle was finished in much less time than Larry originally told me, which was good with me, bu fast and remembered me from just meeting me once. Service Staff is very friendly. Went in for NYS inspection knowing there was something that needed repair. Matt was very rude when waiting for my car to arrive. Sold me on the premise of it arriving in 6 weeks. After almost 4 months I called to ask where my vehicle was after I had tracked that it had shipped Sold me on the premise of it arriving in 6 weeks. After almost 4 months I called to ask where my vehicle was after I had tracked that it had shipped from the manufacturing plant which lead to him screaming at me and telling me that "he did his job and pushed the button". Only after I called Chrysler did it happen to show up the very next day. I ended up finding out later that my vehicle was sitting on the lot for around a month so they could use it as a display vehicle. I've bought several vehicles from Vision but will never buy another one Matt has any part of. More
