My Review of Vista Lexus:
I love these guys! Been to a lot of other lexus dealers too. The service dept is expensive - and they almost always forget to get your car for you or take forever to do it - almost ALWAYS! So i dont take my car to them for service...plus you cant get a loaner car. Thats why they dont get a 5 across the board.
On the dealer side, a much better situation. I called 3 dealers looking for a specific model / color and Vista was the only one willing to find it for me. The others flat out lied and told me there werent any in the STATE! Vista found the car (RX330 flint mica / blk int) in 15 minutes and the car was here in 3 days. It was the Dec. to Remember promo and I got a great deal - OVER THE PHONE! didnt even have to mess around. Great guys, my whole family goes to these guys.
The only drawback is they can get busy - last time I was handed over to another sales rep after having an appt. It was okay in this case though because he was a great guy too. Not too much pressure....not pushy - but its still a car dealership! Going back this coming december!!!!
