My Review of Volkswagen of Inver Grove:
Tim Anderson was an amazing sales professional. He truly listened to what was important in my purchase. I have purchased over 175 cars in the past 20 years and this was one of the best experiences that I have had. He always kept me in the loop in regards to my purchase, took his time to explain the car and the service department, and didn't push me into the sale. I would highly recommend Tim and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My Review of Volkswagen of Inver Grove:
Volkswagon of Inver Grove is great! I wanted to replace my 10 year old Volkswagon Golf, so I contacted VW of Inver Grove through the website and set up an appointment to try out the new award winning 2012 Golf TDI. I was able to get over there earlier than I had planned, so I called to see if I could come in a few hours earlier and they happily accommodated me. Mike took me on a test drive and the handling and comfort of the 2012 VW Golf had me sold. Dennis at the dealership was able to find me the Golf in the color I wanted and I was able to pick it up the following business day. Heather was thorough in the warranties and financing department, and Mike took more time than salespeople usually take to go over all the workings of my new VW. He even connected my bluetooth equipped cell phone to the car so I didn't have to do it myself. From the people helping me set up the appointment on the internet (Mary) to the man who helped Mike open the doors (Andre?) so I could drive my car off the dealership floor, I had a fantastic experience. I talked to many other people while I was there, whose names I unfortunately can't remember, but I have to say that the people of Inver Grove Volkswagon are friendly, happy and knowledgeable. Thank you to everyone for a great new car and a wonderful buying experience!

My Review of Volkswagen of Inver Grove:
We had a wonderful experience with VW at Inver Grove. We found our Red slightly used VW EOS on line and were lucky enough to get to know Mary Jo MaGill. She was so helpful and honest and thorough - She made car buying (an experience we usually dread) - a wonderful one. She made sure she explained each feature of the car to us in great detail and took so much time.

Because this was the best price we could find in he US, we flew up from Georgia to buy the car! (we work for an airline...)

Mary Jo offered to pick us up at the MSP airport and walked us through the entire process.

Thanks to Mary Jo and all the wonderful people at Inver Grove.

My Review of Volkswagen of Inver Grove:
Purchasing a car at VW Inver Grove was a great experience. My sales person, Mike Barcalow, was extremely helpful and patient with him. He did not push me into anything and really made sure I got what I wanted and did not spend over my budget. It is always a joy to go back for service appointments, which I never thought I'd say about a car dealership. The service department goes out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership and Mike.

Mike Barcalow was very helpful in my search for a used 4-whell drive second car. I appreciated his candor and expertise as we considered a couple different. As a retired mechanic, I very much appreciate Russ and his attention to detail when I bring my cars in for service. I make it a habit to ask for him because I trust him.
