I recently purchased a new 2013 VW Beetle TDI. I was driving a VW that was leased and paying too much. Gloria, Mike, and Jack worked very hard to put me in the car I really wanted with the features I wanted. I am an "old" lady of 70 with a young at heart spirit and I have always liked Beetles.

When I went to VW of Ocala, they made me feel as if I were the only purchaser in the facility. They listened to what I had to say and to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Once I selected my vehicle Mike worked very hard to get my loan approved. Once that was done I went to see Jack and signed all of the papers. Danny from Service came over and congratulated me on my new Beetle since he was aware of my love of Beetles.

I have purchased a number of vehicles in my life and the experience at VW of Ocala has been the most pleasant of all. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

What a fantastic experience my wife and I had at BMW, VW & Porsche of Ocala. We have done business with Deland Nissan and Orlando Infiniti in the past and we will say that those experiences we had do not even come close to how great everything went yesterday. Gloria was very professional and courteous and always very prompt. We drove from Orlando to do business with her because they had exactly what we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better experience as she was very knowledgeable and on the ball. When we arrived they accommodated to us very nicely and John has got to be the most qualified and proficient guy there. We were so pleased with our experience that we will continue to make the trip for our next purchase and are already telling people about our awesome time there. Thank you again for everyone who was involved with handling and catering to everything we wanted.

Gloria is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She wants to be fair and tries very hard to close the deal. We are very happy with her and would seek her if we buy another car. We have recommended her to anyone buying a car. These are the reasons giving a high rating.
The service dept was very friendly and helpful also.

My wife and I had a great experience dealing with VW of Ocala. I had been to the VW dealerships in Orlando but the folks at VW of Ocala made us feel at home and at ease. This was not the case at the dealerships in Orlando that made you feel like you were at the sterotypical high pressure plastic robotic sales pitch nightmare that screams "Get me outta here!!!". And yes the old let me make a copy of your liscence but not give it back routine was used at an Orlando dealer. Being in sales myself I was ammused but not in a good way. I could give more examples of why I wanted nothing to do with one dealership but I will just say their new motto should be "whatever it takes.....to make you want to leave as soon as possible without a car"

This is about Gloria Greer and Michael Garrett and their professionalism. Gloria was great from the get go. From listening to what what we were interested in to making sure our 7 yr old son had water and was not too hot. I was looking at the new Jetta TDI,but was not sold on the new exterior. We took it for a drive and it was a great car and I loved the interior. I asked if they had any used ones and she replied they just took in a trade but it wasnt cleaned up to their specs. I said I did not mind and she got the ok to show it. I'm glad she did because that was the one! My wife drove it and we were sold. Gloria let the product sell itself while being informative and selling without you feeling it is a "sales pitch". We got back from the drive and met Michael Garrett the sales Mgr. Michael picked up right from Gloria. He was professional,friendly and wanted to get a deal done of course but again we never felt like the old....here comes the high pressure sales MGR routine. We left with a deposit to hold the car.

They are closed on Sunday but I had a few questions and reached out to Gloria thinking she would get back to me on Monday. She called back soon after on her day off. We spoke about my questions and she said she would get back to me. To my surprise she talk to Michael and got right back to me and we closed the deal. On their days off! Now that IS customer satisfaction!

I highly recommend VW of Ocala. They make you feel at home, at ease through out the entire process. They follow up after the sale which is juat as important.

They will be our first stop in future car shopping!!!

I had the best experience buying a car ever with Gloria at Ocala VW. Even later, when I needed assistance after I purchased my car Gloria, Danny, and Sales manager Michael were all awesome. I must say that you will not get the typical dealership/salesperson experience here. Everyone is friendly and helpful, never pushy like other dealerships in the area that I have dealt with in the past. I was treated more like a neighbor or friend than a number. It was a pleasure.

Rick and the the support staff made buying and working with the dealership enjoyable.
They accommodated several requests I had relative to the way I wanted the car detailed, down to hand washing the car. Rick was extremely helpful in all aspects of the experience. He was very professional and honest. I would highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again. On the question of price, I was satisfied or I would not have made the deal. They have a great service department based on previous service I had done their. A great operation and customer friendly.

Ron was my salesman. Wow, what a wonderful experience. He was upfront and honest. No games. I purchased my vehicle with Ron. When my car was being detailed he had the detail person show me the car to make sure everything was to my satisfaction then he went over my new car with a fine tooth comb and cleaned everything to his expectations. I had been given a great price from Orlando but on our way their we learned things weren't what they seemed. I am so thankful for the Ocala dealership. Ron introduced me to the receptionsit, the service department to the detail people. Everyone is so nice, honest and go out of there way to make sure I am happy. I have never had this experience at Nissan or Toyota. Thank you Ron and Volkswagon Ocala. :)
