My Review of Volkswagen of Orange Park:
We purchased a new EOS V-6 VW 2008. Love it!!! This is our 3rd or 4th VW...Great car. We purchase a new car usually every 3 - 4 years... Love the car but the dealership is AWFUL. Promises made were not kept...they are not organized...communication problems from within. Phone calls not returned. Once sale is made you're history. Mr. Kahn the general manager made promises that he had no intention of keeping. We noticed two wheels (worth appr $750 each) had gouges in them. We noticed one wheel immediately and Mr. Kahn said it would be taken care of...."take the car home for two days and enjoy it and let us know if there are any other problems". We took the car home...brought it back with our bank draft for the purchase of the car and pointed out another wheel with a gouge that we noticed over the weekend....After they had our bank draft the stories changed....Instead of replacing the other wheel like they replaced the first they would prefer to "repair" it because "the extra cost was not worked into the deal." This is a special type of wheel and is very hard to match...A week later they still can't match the paint. Dealer cost for the wheel is appr $450...instead of PAYING FOR A NEW WHEEL LIKE THEY SHOULD they offered to put us into a DIFFERENT CAR. How silly is that? We would take a different car but this is the only black, V-6 3.2 EOS with leather interior with 18 inch wheels. That is why we picked THAT CAR. So instead of getting us the new wheel that would cost the dealer appr $450 they want to "put us in a new car". Does that make sense to anybody reading this? Calls to the owner of the company have not helped. My beautiful car gets lots of attention. But I warn everybody who shows an interest to NOT GO TO ORANGE PARK VW and/or deal with the GM - Mr. Khan. Very very bad dealership and all for a wheel that they could have purchased at dealer cost for appr $450.
