Kwasi is awesome. He went far beyond what was expected to find our dream car. He stayed in communication with us every step of the way. He gave us a personal tutorial of the car that was most helpful. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and personable. The personal communication after the car purchase has been very thoughtful and appreciated. Overall our experience was, in one word, awesome! Thanks again for making our dream come true!!

My Review Of Volkswagen of South Charlotte:

I visited 10 dealerships representing 9 different car makers as I worked through my car options. I visited this particular dealership three separate times prior to negotiating my purchase. In all my interactions with this dealership their behavior was friendly, professional, and without evidence of pressure. While I was well prepared for the negotiation, their demeanor throughout was courteous and again without pressure to complete a deal. My sense was that they were genuinely concerned that each of us was satisfied with the final contract. I was very pleased with the conduct and knowledge of my primary salesperson (David Brown) and with the management personnel that I came into contact with. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I have never had such a pleasurable experience shopping for a vehicle than at Volkswagen of South Charlotte with Kwasi Asante-Ansong. He was by far the most friendly, straight-forward, considerate sales associate I have ever dealt with. He made absolute sure I was completely knowledgeable of the product I was considering (Touareg) and genuinely gave me as much of his time as I needed. I couldn't recommend anyone better to purchase a car from.

I had a good experience and would recommend this dealership. We had to get a vehicle from another dealer which took longer than I would have liked. Could have been a problem on that end. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and pleasant. Very happy with the vehicle purchased. (VW Beetle TDI)

My Review Of Volkswagen of South Charlotte:

I really enjoyed my experience at Volkswagen of South Charlotte. Ramsey was very nice and I got the car that I wanted at what I think was a good price, although I am not sure. I am extremely happy with my new Jetta. This was my first real car buying experience, so I don't have much to compare it to, but everyone at the dealership was really great.
