My Review of Volvo Center:
Everyone was friendly in the BEGINNING....and I am pleased overall with my vehicle, but for lack of a better word, we were LIED to in reference to the warranty. We don't live in an area serviced by VOLVO, but at the time of the sale were assured that the warranty would be honored at any service center or garage, if we called in advance and had it authorized. <br><br>This turned out to not be true during the factory warranty period. When we called back to explain, we were forwarded to a rude sales manager who implied that since he was not present during the conversation, he did not know what we were told. (Basically, he did not seem to care.) Now, for any factory warranty work we have to drive approx. 130 miles. Had we known this from the beginning....I'm not sure we would have made the purchase.
