Coming from Philadelphia (1 hour drive), I wanted to be certain that I wasn't wasting my time. Upon arrival, Jillian Coloe handed me off to another salesperson who told me that the vehicle I came to purchase was being test driven by another customer. Less than 20 minutes later I was told that the vehicle had been sold the week before. Jillian Coloe was too much of a coward to respond to my request to come out of her office and explain why she blatantly lied to me. More

I had a great experience at Admiral Volvo! We worked with Hal Silberman - he was very friendly and made the leasing process SO easy! The manager, Glen Ewen, was also a pleasure to work with! I usually car shop for a few days and then make a decision. Not this time! I test drove the S60 and loved it! They were so up-front with me and Glen was willing to get me where I needed to be in my payments, that I drove off the lot that day in a new Volvo! This says a lot since I've been a Honda/Acura owner for the past 16 consecutive years. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and Hal even offered us entertainment by showing us his magician skills while waiting for the paperwork to be completed. Unfortunately, a deer ran out in front of me on a highway the first day I had it, so I was able to test the safety of a Volvo first hand. I'm a Volvo fan for life! My car had a lot of front damage, but I didn't have one injury. Hal recommended Admiral Auto Body for repairs and has kept in contact with me since the purchase. I took my car to Admiral as Hal suggested, and they've also been wonderful! If you want a pleasant, non-stressful car buying experience, I highly recommend shopping for a car here! More

I'm so excited a new car! After shopping for 18 month and changing our minds on 3 different vehicles we finally decided on a volvo C70 hard top convertible. So I stop by and they only have one (a black one) well, I wanted the light blue with the calcite interior. This is the day, back in August, when I met Jim. He reviewed his inventory with me and told me when they were expected in and I patiently waited for my dream car to arrive. Come October one came in and I was in the middle of my soccer season and I couldn't get down to see it and it sold. Then another came in at the end of October and my husband thought we should wait, again Jim was patient and never put any pressure on us to buy. I guess my husband got tired of watching me mope around and agreed to buy the car. I called Jim asked him to get me their best price, he e-mailed it to me, and we went down the next day and purchased the volvo. They did a great job familiarizing us with the vehicle and made the sale a breeze. I would recommend this dealership and Jim Bernardo to anyone looking to buy a new or used volvo. Thanks Jim! Hi, let me start by saying that I am a serious Saab lover. With that being said...I was a customer of Cherry Hill Classic Cars and dealt with Parker on a regular basis. We were always so impressed wit lover. With that being said...I was a customer of Cherry Hill Classic Cars and dealt with Parker on a regular basis. We were always so impressed with his professionalism and his kindness...he always took service just another step further. When he left Classic Cars we were so disappointed that we would no longer be dealing with Parker....long story short... We found out he was with Volvo of English Creek, right in our back yard. I figured that I could have my Saab serviced with Parker...needless to say Parker had a different plan for us. He encouraged us to visit the idea of a Volvo and gave us a number of reasons why we should consider making a change. I finally gave in and entertained Parker's suggestions....and now we own a 2011 Volvo S80.
