We previously purchased two Mercedes Benz vehicles through and with Jeff Fowler. Jeff has the product knowledge to effectively respond to questions and the interpersonal skills to listen attentively, make recommendations as needed, ask questions and move the selling process forward without alienating his customers. Volvo of Greenville is fortunate to have positive, dedicated personnel such as Jeff and Dan Patterson representing the company.

I went in to to look for a nice Volvo C30. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what I was looking for. Although I could not find the car I was looking for, the service was amazing. I definitely will be back and completely recommend this dealership to the fullest.

I went in to look at a Volvo s60 for my wife and she liked it but we are not quite sure yet. Everybody was nice and polite and helped me with every question I had. The service was great.

My experience was very good. I came in to look for a used car. I am on a budget and I need to wait for about a month before I can buy something. John showed me several cars for under $15,000. He was very nice.

Was very professional and friendly. I am always intimidated looking for cars since I am a woman but the people in the dealership including Mike were very helpful answering my questions and didn't treat me like I was stupid. The dealership was very clean and the location is convenient for me if I have any service needs. I highly recommend this dealership when looking for cars.

My Review of Volvo of Greenville:
Found one used car on Auto Trader, drove out 30 minutes to Volvo of Greenville to look at minivan. Shannon Ninan was the sales associate, very friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy. While there we also purchased a used VW for our daughter. Two car purchases in one day was a huge deal for us, Mr. Ninan made the transaction a relaxing and easy process. He also made sure our kids had a drink and showed them to the tv room.

We felt we were given the same personal care buying the two used cars as we would have received if we had been buying a high-end brand new car. That means a lot in today's economic climate. We would recommend Mr. Ninan and the Volvo dealer to our friends and coworkers. The sales manager to the finance manager were friendly and professional.

The entire gang at Volvo of Greenville were very friendly and accommodating. My salesperson, John Moreno, was very patient with me....as I had high expectations. I am particular and was impressed with how John handled all of my request. He also sold my husband a used 2008 S80 Volvo a week prior.
