My Review of Volvo of Pleasanton:
We bought a brand new 2005 XC90 T6 in Feb 05. A week after delivery, it was in the shop for replacing the transmission and took 3 weeks to complete. Then, it was driven to TX and started to leak transmission fluid. We took it to a local Volvo car dealership for repair. The technician told us that the transmission was installed improperly and we were lucky that it did not fail on us when driving across the country. When everything seemed to be working, there was a recall for smog (ECM software upgrade). We took it to Pleasaton Volvo for this recall and a malfuction of both side mirrors in the morning and picked the car up after work. After stopping at a gas station (30 minutes after leaving the car dealship), all electronics including inside panel lights, tail lights, windows, radio, odometer, and gas gauage were not working. We were very lucky that the headlights were on and we were able to rush to the dealership for repair. Now, we have 8500 miles on this XC90 after 9 months.

My Review of Volvo of Pleasanton:
Bought an XC90. The dealership treated me well. GREAT follow-up folks. Rosaline knows the product and answered ALL questions, even if she had to go ask.. At buying time, there was fair and no pressure negotiating. <br><br>Sales Mgr. is John Cabral.. Probably the best I've dealt with. Does not isolate himself from the customer. I didn't get all that I wanted, but he didn't either.. Great auto buying experience. Highly recommended if you're in the market for a Volvo..
