My Review of Volvoville USA:
During a Service Call, my car was slightly damaged. The Service Mgr became defensive, even though I had an inspection report showing that the damage was clearly not there when I checked in. Staff, including Salesman and General Manager became combative. I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalisum I saw at Volvoville that day. Never, ever did any of the employees offer to settle this thing like adults.
Never was there acknowledgement that accidents, can and do happen. I understand that, and I was willing to just leave it at that.
The staff became very combative, and no, that is not an exaggeration. All this being played out in front of other customers!
I recommend avoiding this dealership. Obviously they are gaving severe cash-flow issues and that is mabifesting itself into their relationships with existing customers.

Oh, this is is for you Frank. Go ahead, sue me for telling the truth!

during warranty returned for service complaints of battery low and no start.service dept charged battery.had to keep battery charger all the time to start my 99 S80 that I bought at volvoville When warrenty expired I found a good mechanic (honest) in st.james who changed bad altenator and dead cell battery.Tells me that was the problem all along and they missed it.along with numerous scratches gotten there.They may be verry nice but their work in the shop stinks.

WOW!!<br><br>So nice. Spoke to a salelady in the morning on the phone. She gave me a quote no problem but told me to come down and she could do much better. I figured, why not.<br><br>After 30 mins we had signed for a $39k Volvo S60 AWD 2.5 fully loaded for $375/mo!!!!! Had 3 left they had to get off there lot and wer ewilling to deal.<br><br>Saleslady and sales manager were no BS and came down to the number I wanted. Highly recommend them.
