I was there to buy an advertised E350, 1-2 years old. I had done price comparison (and had negotiated price on a new model in another dealership down to lowest it could go, and yes I was surprised how low they could go). The price was best I could get within 50 Miles for the car at W.I. Simonson. I did not like the condition of the car advertised (no surprise) and ended up buying a year model, few months old. It was late evening and they were about to close. John showed me few models and gave me a good discount on the newer model I saw. Financing was done fast and I was on my way home in an hour not paid down a dime. I noticed some damage on the rims after buying the car, but they promised fixing it and the repair was done perfectly with no charge to me. Good buy and a good experience.

The best buying experience I've ever had in buying a new car. John was knowledgable, understood my needs, presented a great price and was patient in showing me the features of my new S550. John was more consultant then salesperson which I truly appreciated. John Halaka, Lee Mehlman, Sales Manager and other executives whom I met throughout the transaction were all attentive to my needs. I felt a genuine commitment to quality service. I was so pleased with the overall experience that I contacted a colleague of mine who was literally going to another Mercedes dealership to purchase a new Mercedes. When I shared my experience she quickly changed course and bought a 2013 SL550 the very next day. John and W.I. Simonson have a loyal customer and more referrals to come.

I was extremely impressed with John Halaka and the team at W.I. Simonson. This was the first POSITIVE car buying experience I have ever had! I had been searching for a specific SUV that was difficult to find. After a few months of searching, I found what I was looking for at W.I. Simonson. I spoke to John on the phone and we completed the majority of the transaction over the phone, as I live in Northern California. This was the first time I have bought a car over the internet which was scary, but the 5 hour trip was so worth it! Everything he had described about the SUV on the phone was completely accurate. When I arrived at the dealership, John had everything ready for me, including having my loan approved. John was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend John Halaka and W.I. Simonson dealership!!

I was referred to Marcus by a a good friend. I wanted to get into a new E Class. I contacted Marcus by phone and was able to reach him on my first attempt. He took down my information and got back to me the very same evening with a car that matched my criteria. I spoke to John on the phone and worked out the entire purchase before I went in. There were no tricks or changes in terms, it was exactly as we agreed upon. Even better, after the sale, John kept in touch and assisted me with a few details needed through the service department. John went over and above anything I expected, and I expected a lot. This is my second purchase from this dealership, and I can say they keep getting better and better. I should mention that I dealt with Jason Lewis in the service department and he is also top notch. Always courteous and concerned, he took great care to make sure everything was fixed and operating properly.

I went in with zero expectations on getting a new car as my credit wasn't as high as I wanted it to be yet. I found my dream car on their ad on AutoTrader and wanted to come look at it. John Halaka told me to come in and he will see if he could work some magic for me, and he did. He got me into the car, with payments I can manage and 3 hours later I was driving away with a huge smile on my face.

Karnit Aricha is a bright, intelligent, caring individual who is very well versed in the vehicles she sells. She represent this dealership in the best possible manner. She is dedicated and always delivers what she promises, even if it appears impossible! Karnit makes purchasing or leasing a vehicle painless and actually quite an enjoyable experience. She has a knack for making the customer feel like he/she is the only customer in the world that matters! It is a pleasure to purchase from Karnit and if I cannot purchase from her, I will not purchase at all. The dealership, the General Manager, Chris Pass, and Karnit Aricha deserve the highest accolades as they turned an annoying situation into a fabulous experience!!! While I almost never fill out customer survey satisfactions, I wanted to thank Karnit, my sales person at the Simonson dealership, this time. Prior to being referred to her, I was having such a miserable time at other Benz and BMW dealerships getting the car I wanted. Other dealers were rude and utterly inattentive, especially when they realized I wanted to special order my car (obviously I am not the only person with that experience!) Then when my friend referred me to Karnit, I was pleasantly surprised. Karnit was nice, professional, honest and efficient. Unlike other dealers, she looked to satisfy my needs, as opposed to the needs of the dealer only. Karnit finally found the car I was looking for, so I didn’t need to wait for a special order car (which makes me wonder why other sales persons couldn’t or wouldn’t do that before). She presented me with several financing options as well to choose from without my asking even. If I were to order another MB in the future, I would definitely go back to Karnit.
