My Review of WEST GERMAN BMW:
False promises were made in writing, Sales reps were misleading, condescending, and insulting. Upon arrival for a service and inspection I was told that I was not eligible for an extended warranty that would have covered the cost of the service, even though I had a written agreement from the dealership. Additionally they tried to CHARGE me for excess miles even though I was buying my vehicle from my owners choice. <br><br>Unless you want false expectations, excess charges, and rude staff... DO NOT use this dealership.

My Review of WEST GERMAN BMW:
Service is always done expediently ( I usually wait)- SA's are friendly and make sure all questions are answered.<br>So far I have had only good experiences here.<br><br>I had ordered a front license plate bracket for a European plate. When the bracket came in, I took the car into have it mounted. The service rep charged me NOTHING, even after taking a while to figure out how to mount the bracket without drilling any holes.
