Worst dealership ever This dealership is BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE DEALT WITH!!! As a matter of fact, this is the worst business of any kind i have dealt with. Com This dealership is BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE DEALT WITH!!! As a matter of fact, this is the worst business of any kind i have dealt with. Completely dishonest. Con artists. I seen a Toyota Rav 4 on Cars.com listed for $14,479. I live over 2 hours away so i wanted to make sure that the price listed was accurate. I called the dealership and spoke to the secretary. She explained that they dont negotiate prices over the phone. Thats understandable, but i just wanted to confirm that the price was correct before i took the long ride to the dealership. I asked to speak to a manager and they transfered me to a salesperson. I asked the sales person specifically, multiple times, IS THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE $14,479. She said it was. I then asked if there would be any other fees added to the price of the vehicle. She specifically stated the that only fees that would be added are taxes and dmv fees. I asked these questions multiple times and got the same answer each time. With that info in hand, i made the trip out to the dealership. 2 hours later i show up to the dealership and take a look at the car. The car was what i expected and sat down to discuss the price and start the process. When we sat down, the price went from $14,479 to over $19,000 It was unbelievable. I was just stunned. The complete lack of respect for customers was appling. Why would a company blatantly lie about the price of the vehicle. The people at this dealership will tell you the price of the car is 14,000, and then when you finance the vehicle, they will add over $5,000 in fees. They try and make it look like you got the car for 14,000, but in reality you are paying way more for the car. They also say they will lower the price if you finance with their bank at super high interest rates. SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS FOR TRYING TO STEAL PEOPLES MONEY. Totally unethical and dishonest company. I will be reporting this company to the city of new york, the financial trade comission (FTC), better business bureau, distric attorney of new york, and any other organizations that can protect consumers from these vultures. More

Bait and Switch You walk in and they tell me 8999.00 for nissan, then I'm told that there was a 3500 extra certification fee. They never showed me anything that says that the car got certified. They did not put this fee on my itemized bill but it was included in my total. They also charged me for anti- theft protection the company that they supposedly sign me up with said that I am not in there record but Carolina verbalized more than once that she charged me when I asked why the total jumped to almost $17000 but why not put it on my bill? They give you your documents a week later. I specifically remember Carolina saying that the papers she had with the total was hers and that she would mail them to me. I waited for 1 week nothing, the lie that she came up with was that she sent the sales person out to give them to me but I was already gone. That is bs and if that was the the so called supervisor would have given them to me when I went the next day to pick up the car. STAY AWAY!!! More
