My Review of World Class Subaru:
This dealership is an excellent place to do business.
I was met by Jason Zachrich within a few minutes of pulling into the lot. Jason answered my questions, went on a test drive with me, and gave me the important and accurate selling points of the vehicle I was considering/comparing (2006 Baja). He then suggested that I take the vehicle home and evaluate it further. No pressure or anything, just good sales strategy.
Jason knew that I was comparing the Baja to several other competing vehicles and that my research had narrowed it down to the Baja and two others. When I came back with the Baja in the evening, Jason did not tell me that if I did not close the deal today, it would be too late or any other such nonsense. He simply asked me what it would take for me to purchase the vehicle at that time.
I had showed him my research notes along with pricing from "CarsDirect.Com" and my trade in information from NADA online, Kelly Blue Book, and Edmonds. I had also explained that I was planning to finance through my credit union and that the credit union rate was 5.49%. Jason told me that he could check to see if I qualified for their 2.9% rate, which would be through Chase Bank. Five minutes later he told me that my credit score, whatever that is, was 731, and that I was approved for the 2.9% rate. I said OK and then we drove down to the main office where I signed the papers and 30 minutes later I drove the Baja home.
Everything about the transaction was above board and businesslike. Everyone that I dealt with at World Class Subaru was professional. It's a great place to buy a vehicle!
UPDATE: The Baja has now been with us for 15 months and has just over 12k miles on it. The first oil change was about 45 days after we took delivery, at 1,866 miles. Since then, we’ve been back for service every 3 months. The only thing other than oil and filter changes that they have needed to do is rotate the tires, which was accomplished during the 3rd visit at 8,870 miles. The service department has been simply great. They do the work. They do it promptly. And the cost is very reasonable.
