The worst service I have ever received. There are not enough words for the incompetent, terrible, ineffective and expensive service and treatment I received. I took my car in for an oil/lube/filter and to affix the undercover, ended up $1,080.00 poorer for a repair they told me they had to do and would provide me with photos of. No photos, and I am now on my 4th trip back to them because the car is pulling left - which despite me telling them several times they wrote as right on my paperwork — and squealing. More

Service shop improperly handled repair under Service Plan I requested repair of rear differential leak. Serivce Agent did everything possible to convince me to purchase a Differential Service.@~$300. I explai I requested repair of rear differential leak. Serivce Agent did everything possible to convince me to purchase a Differential Service.@~$300. I explained that the Ford ESP covered a eaking differential. The agent still continued to "sell" me a Differential Service. Eventually I folded. I contacted Ford ESP about this problem. They agreed that the Ford ESP written documentation covers a leaking differential seals, etc. I left a voice mmessage for the Service Manager, but no one bothered to return my call. Wade Ford service center used to be my number one place to service my Ford vehicles. At this point, I am looking for other local Ford service centers to handle my future needs. Wade Ford still has a chance to make this right though. I do give second chances. More

Arrived at dealership, got with sales person, looked at vehicle of interest, got value of trade-in and had a deal within 1.5 hrs of arrival. Manager and sales person (Brendon) were extremely professional and there was no back and forth on price and trade-in value. I was purchasing vehicle for wife and since she was not with me, Manager suggested take vehicle home for the weekend , have her look it over and come back on Monday. I have purchased well over 100 vehicles in my life for business and personal use and this experience ranks among the top 3 pleasant experiences I have had. Nice job WADE FORD. More
