My Review of Wagner Motors:
Great dealership - Treats customers with respect. No pressure to buy. No ridiculous upselling. Sensible, mature, practical, and low-key approach. Mark is a terrific CA. Not the best price around, but the quality of service is well worth the small difference.

My Review of Wagner Motors:
Emailed dealership and did not hear back from them. A couple of days later emailed again. THis time Marc Lisenco emailed back with his number to call. I called him the next day and told him what I was looking for (a new 550i with various options). He said he would get back to me that day. This was Sept. 28th. I didn't hear from him for over a week so I thought he might have lost my phone number and email address so I emailed him again on October 9th. No response for 2 days so I finally called him and he stated he thought someone was handling this. So again he took down what I was looking for and told me he would get right back to me. Still haven't heard from him as of October 17th and by now its a mute point because I placed an order with Chambers.

My Review of Wagner Motors:
Well...I took my 07 M Coupe to the dealer to get my yearly oil change done. Not one of the service employees I talked to there could bring themselves to call it an M Coupe. They all referred to it as an M Roadster even after several corrections. They also wrote M Roadster on the service sheet. Ok people, this may seem like a small thing, but they are 2 completely different cars. I wouldn't call an X5 an X3 and neither should you. Aside from the obvious difference that the roadster has a drop top, the chassis on the cars are different. Sure it may not matter for an oil change, but it bugs the crap out of me to no end.

And then there was the parts counter. While waiting for the car's service to finish I noticed some key chains sitting around and I saw one that I had to have. So I ask him for it and the guy sighs and gets an attitude, like I'm being a bother to him. That's completely un called for.

Next they offer me the complimentary car wash and vacuum, which I agreed to, because it had been a while and the car stays garaged most of the week and it was a little dusty. I got the car back it was still wet, and only the front seats had been vacuumed, and not the trunk area. I think if you're going to offer a service like this, it should be done well. It's not good when the car looks worse afterwards.

So overall I'm disappointed. I'm not going back, and I'll find a new dealer. The one good thing, was that the sales people were pretty friendly and I got a good chat in with one of them while I waited.

I guess it's up to the reader if they take me review seriously or not, but I expected more from a BMW dealership and ultimate service.

My Review of Wagner Motors:
Just a brief review of my encounter with BMW of Shrewsbury. I have visited the dealership 3 times and found my time and effort finding the right car for my needs were taken seriously by the salemen I spoke with.I spoke with 3 salesmen..the last, being Peter, a well educated man on the BMW's. All my questions were answered to help me make up my mind as to which car to choose. Not once did he push, hurry or confuse me in any way. He was a complete gentlemen to me and others ( as I heard him talk ). I had purchased a BMW one and half years ago and plan on doing so with Peter. I dreaded going shopping for a car, and almost gave up my journey until my experience with Peter @ Wagner of Shrewsbury. You are a Great salesman Peter and I thank you for taking the time with a senior citizen as myself.

I did not purchase my X5 from them but the Service Department is awesome! You cannot get any better service for a BMW in this state. I own multiple high value vehicles and have bought/purchased 25 cars in my lifetime. They made every effort to accommodate your needs, concerns, and schedule. If the sales department is anything like the service, I'll be purchasing my next vehicle here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

My Review of Wagner Motors:
I have been a customer of Wagner BMW in Boylston which is now in Shrewsbury. The service is excellent. I was a certified mechanic in a past life and I think they do an excellent job. I have bought parts and purchased from them too. All positive.
I took off a point for pricing as these cars are expensive...but quality is part of the bargain. I also took off a point for customer service as I don't like the phone questions after a service visit. A forum like this seems more honest and helpful.

My Review of Wagner Motors:
was window shopping after hours in Springfield one evening last year. Stu asked if I needed help. I was only looking but, asked about ED and a discount because many dealers don't give a discount for ED in Boston. Stu agreed immediately to a 1500 over invoice ED with all options at cost. While I am sure someone could better this, the price was better than I was offered elsewhere by roughly 1k. Anyway, no hassles, did not even have to go to the dealer to finalize the deal. Just called, credit card deposit, the remainder was over the phone.

My Review of Wagner Motors:
Did not buy here, but took a test drive. Even though I was from out of town and not likely to make a purchase, they threw me the keys and let me drive around BY MYSELF for 20 minutes. I was able to do this for 2 separate cars. I really wish I did live in the area, I would have purchased from them for sure.

My Review of Wagner Motors:
I called up and made an offer of a reasonable amount over invoice for an European Delivery. Scott Louthan accepted the offer.
I showed up next Saturday and I signed the papers as we had agreeed over the phone.
A very painless transaction.
The sales representative did not seem overly familiar with ED at first, but he has rapidly assumed the necessary information. He has called me several times to let me know how the order is progressing.
