I stopped at Walker CJD to look at a vehicle that was sold pending financing and was fortunate enough to deal with Mr. Rick Parry. I told him what I was looking for including make/model, color, options, and price range and he found my minivan. All my expectations were met. Rick was extremely helpful and friendly and represented this dealership well. I plan on having my service done at Walker CJD and will recommend this dealer to anyone looking to be treated fairly. Buying this minivan was a smooth experience for me and I am very happy. Thank you Rick.

My Review of Walker Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Working with Rick Parry we found the perfect 2012 Jeep Liberty for our Granddaughter. All preliminary work and communication was done through email and Rick was extremely prompt (which I appreciated very much). We visited the dealership and immediately felt like we were valued customers. Rick Parry was very friendly, showed us the car we had inquired about, and answered all of our questions. The Liberty was held for us overnight and we picked it up the next day. All paperwork was completed by Rick Logan, who did an outstanding job.
After completing the paperwork, Rick Parry went out of his way to show our Granddaughter how everything operated on her new Liberty. He also explained in detail the Lifetime Warranty for her new car.
I have bought many new vehicles in my day and this was definitely a good experience!!

My Review of Walker Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Over the years, I have dealt with many car service departments, and was never inspired to write a review. But today, May 11, 2012, I took my new Chrysler 300S to have xzilon paint protection applied. Walkers gave me a loaner car and began the work around 0830am. I then drove back home with the loaner car, then returned early, just to see how the work was progressing. The technician doing the work invited me to sit down and watch as he finished the treatment, and I was totally amazed at how attentive Dave Stormer was to detail. Even the smallest areas was of great concern, and he was an absolute perfectionist and a joy to watch. In my past, whenever I had cars detailed, I was not always happy with the results, even when I paid large amounts of money to have the work done. This time, Dave far exceeded my expectations and I feel like I had watched an Artist create a masterpiece. In today's world, you don't find many workers that take pride in their work, but Dave is the exception.

My Review of Walker Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I have purchased over 15 new cars in my lifetime, and have NEVER had such a nice experience as I had buying my new Chrysler 300 S at Walker Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Centerville, Ohio. Based on my past experiences with dealerships, I honestly expected long delays and a lot of salesmen double talk.....NOT this time....Ken Staffieri, my salesman, was at work by 0730am and I was there to have work done on my 2011 Ram.....He and I got to talking while I waited, and the entire conversation was about "other stuff", not sales, which made for a relaxing chat. I liked him, and decided to have him show me the new 300 S. Long story short, the entire process was amazing and actually enjoyable. Working with Ken Staffieri, Steve Wells, and Jason Pemperton was truly a refreshing change and a joy. I hope each of these people receive recognition for the way they treat their customers, for it's rare in today's world.

Thank you gentlemen.....you're AWESOME!

My Review of Walker Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Both Rick and Jason were personable, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and worked with us to get us the trade-in value and acceptable financing to purchase a new vehicle.
Rick explained all the new items on the car and helped us choose the model we needed for better gas mileage. He worked diligently to obtain the color vehicle we wanted and kept us updated on the process. Jason was very efficient in walking us through the financing paperwork, explaining each document thoroughly. I would recommend Walker to anyone and, in particular, mention both Rick Parry and Jason Pemberton as helpful, honest and willing to work to make a good deal for all concerned.

Bill Fisher made my purchase of a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee easy and enjoyable. I found my Jeep on AutoTrader.com, went to the Walker website and contacted Bill. His honesty in working on a great price and knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. We agreed on a price for the Jeep and a value of my trade over the phone, and I made the drive from Columbus to make the deal. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by Bill and the deal went smooth as silk with no unexpected changes! I will definitely recommend Walker Jeep and especially Bill Fisher to friends and family!!

My Review of Walker Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
We found the new car we were looking for after an internet search at Walker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We received a prompt reply to our email inquiry from Mr. Rick Parry. We visited the dealership 4/14/12, and immediately felt like we were valued customers. Rick Parry was very friendly, showed us the car we had inquired about, and answered all of our questions. After deciding we were ready to make a deal, we met with the finance manager, Jason, who was very informative, and had everything ready for us in a timely manner to finalize the deal.
After completing our paperwork, Rick Parry went out of his way to show us how our new car operated, and made sure the car was detailed and ready for us to take delivery. He also explained in detail the Lifetime Warranty for our new car.
We feel the price of the car was more than fair compared to other dealers, and the customer service was outstanding! We will definitely visit Walker when we are in the market for another vehicle, and will recommend them to friends and family.

This dealership was extremely helpful going through my options and met all the needs I was looking for. Van went out of his way to set me up with the right sales person (Rick Parry) and allowed me look at several vehicles before choosing the right one for me. I have a very busy schedule so they were very convenient. I really felt that they gave me a great deal and were very informative with all the questions I had. I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family. This was the best experience I have had in buying a truck.

My Review of Walker Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
The staff and enviornment of Walker Dodge is the best I've ever seen. I came to the dealership twice. The first time I couldn't get financed but your staff didnt treat me badly or brush me off once they knew this. Instead they gave me pointers on how to obtain financing in the future. This made me come back several months later and I was able to get financed. My saleman Rick Perry was the BEST I have ever dealt with. I'm 26 and he didnt treat me like I was a kid. He was friendly and worked with me on purchasing a car. I would recommend Walker Dodge to anyone looking for a good price, Friendly staff and being treated like they really care and not just a number.

Bill was incredible to work with. We went in about 30 minutes before close on New Years Eve and he offered to stay late with us to let us test drive a van that night. He explained everything really well and was great to work with. Walker was able to do a deal that Key said they couldn't do. I will be going back to Walker again when I am in need of another vehicle. They will be my first and only stop...
