captian mo wAS OUTSTANDING AND SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR HIS THOURGH KNOWLEDGE AND APPLICATION TO US FINANCE OFFICER CONVENCED US AT A LATE TIME OF THE DAY TO PURCHASE MAINT OPTION BECAUSE IT WOULD SAVE US HIS THOURGH KNOWLEDGE AND APPLICATION TO US FINANCE OFFICER CONVENCED US AT A LATE TIME OF THE DAY TO PURCHASE MAINT OPTION BECAUSE IT WOULD SAVE US IN THE LONG RUN. HOWEVER WE MADE A MISTAKE AND AT ALMOST9 2 AND MONYA AT 90 IN TWO MONTHS WEREALISED THAT BECAUSE IT WAS GOING TO RAISE OUR MONTHLY WHICH WE CANNOT AFFORD. WE CALLED THE NEXT MORNING TO CANCEL MAINT OPTION AND WERE TOLD WE COULD NOT CHANGE BECAUSE W SIGNED LESS THAN 20 HOURS BEFORE. THAT IS NOT FAIR WE NEED TO ELIMATE MAINT OPTION WE CANNOT AFFORD THE INCREASE IN OUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS. PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER IN CONSIDERATION AND CANCEL OUR MAINT OPTION AND ELIMATE THE EXTRA MONTHLY COSTS I DON'T BELIEVE THAT AS WE WERE TOLD ABOUT 20 HOURS AFTER WE SIGNED THAT IT CAN'T BE CHANGED..VERYDISAPPOINTED PETER 7722836424 More
