My husband and I had a very good experience at Walter’s Fiat. We went in to test drive the car only and guess what we came out with one. Manila Tarascio was our salesperson and she was great. They were very quick with us as we had prior commitment to be somewhere with our son. We are enjoying our new Fiat 500 sport!

Everyone here was very friendly and professional. This is a classy dealership with good people and straight shooters. This is a great place to buy a pre owned vehicle.
Also, I must add; Frank Francis is a tremendous sales person and one of the primary reasons I am writing this review. He was kind, knowledgable, and most importantly; Honest. I would recommend all to use him. He did not pressure me or use outdated sales pitches, he just spoke to me like a friend. We formed a great professional relationship and I hope to use him when I buy my next automobile!

I am very pleased with my visit at Fiat Riverside. I came in and got exactly what I wanted at an excellent price. I had to come back for a small if a couple weeks later an Derrick was very pleasant and informative. It was also very cold that day and offered me his heater while I waited.

Love my new FIAT Abarth & got a good deal at Walter's. My service visits have been most satisfactory--which was certainly true this week. Derrick Lynn is to be congratulated of setting a positive tone in his department. Everyone there makes me feel welcome. Kimberly always makes sure I have a bottle of water. Jason is a great mechanic who cheerfully answers any questions I have. They do a great job of washing my car on each visit--not just a hose off, but a full wash/vacuum/tire dressing. I drove from Orange to Riverside to get a good deal originally after visiting 3 other closer dealers that jack up their prices...I intend to keep making the drive to Walter's because of the great service and the personal touch!

I brought my car in for a basic service and was treated like a million bucks. The Walters team was very nice and made me feel appreciated regardless of how much money I was spending. I was in and out within an hour which is alway nice on your one day off. Walters fiat gets a 10 from me!! I enjoyed the whole experience there and will go again

I purchased a Fiat 500 Pop from Walters Fiat. I was very pleasantly surprised when I took my car in for it's first service. In the past when I purchased a new car and I would visit the service department I was treated much differently then the day I purchased it. Not so at Walters Fiat. Derrick Lynn was extremely pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to assure that I was comfortable the entire time I was there. I had questions about my car and he took a great deal of time to help me. I chose to wait rather then take the ride home which they offered. Every person who passed me offered me something to drink, turn the tv on for me, get me a magazine etc... I was even surprised that when I stepped outside for a moment the mechanic approached me and informed me that my car would be ready soon. In a nut shell I was greeted with a pleasant smile and extremely GREAT customer service from everyone I came in contact with. I will be recommending Walters Fiat to everyone I know.

This dealer has an advertised lost leader. I called asking about it, and said before I drove up I wanted to confirm the car was available, I was ensured it was. I even asked them to confirm and call back which they did. Oh yes..."its still here"! Then I walked in the door and they said; "let's confirm it's still available," that's when I new they were full of garbage! They said they made a mistake. I understand the lost leader concept, but don't lie about it just to get the customer out to visit! Horrible!

After that, I just felt like I did not want to do business with them!
