I recommend this dealer: No

My Review of Wanner Ford:
The salesman misrepresented several things about the car I bought from Wanner Ford. Among other things, he overstated the mileage per gallon, and original selling price. He neglected to tell me that this car required Premium gas. When I asked him to show me other cars, he didn't. Even though he said he wouldn't pressure me, I realized afterward that he actually had pressured me. I also "won" a gold coin in a promotional, which I never got, although I asked twice. They told me that they were putting new brakes on the car while I waited, and then they didn't. So I waited an extra hour, not realizing that they were just washing it. Had I known the truth about the low mileage per gallon and it taking only Premium gas, I never would have bought it. I tried to return it the next business day, but they would not let me return it. They didn't seem concerned that I was not a satisfied customer. If Wanner Ford would like to change their mind and work harder to find a solution to this problem, I would be happy to update this review.

My Review of Wanner Ford:
Went to Wanner for their "win a truck" and bank reposession sale. We received their flyer in the mail and was told that we were a winner. We went to the dealership just to see if we won the truck. We supposedly won the gold coin, although they never gave us one (I think that comes under mail fraud). They insisted that we look at their used inventory. None of the prices were on the vehicles and the salesman simply played dumb. When we found out the price on the reposessed F-150, it was six thousand dollars above retail. We asked about trade in and was shown a Kelly Blue Book print out for a vehicle like ours with less options for a thousand dollars less than wholesale. Watch out for the bait and switch. When I called Sean on his con, he got extremely rude. I won't spend our hard earned money there.

My Review of Wanner Ford:
I had been looking for a car for about two months. Because of a recent divorce my credit has gotten really bad and most places wouldn't even try to help me once they saw my credit. I then filled out an online credit application and received a phone call asking me when I could come in to their dealership. I told them I didn't want to come in just to be given a runaround like other dealerships had given me. Brian told me that although he could make no promises that he felt a deal would be able to be done. I made the trip against my better judgement and was very pleasantly suprised. For the first time in two months of looking I was treated with respect and like my business was valuable to them. The manager Ken and even the owner Michael made a point to talk to me and thank me for my business. I left in a nicer car than I ever imagined and even at the payment that I origionally said I could afford. This has been the best buying experience I have ever had. I will be a customer for life

My Review of Wanner Ford:
It's great to finally have a friendly, honest, Ford dealer in the area. I have found that their prices are very competitive and maintenance work like brakes and inspections are actually less expensive than the local garages. Can't speak for anyone else, but I've never had a bad experience since Mike and his crew took over. I have had quite a bit of work done over the last year and will most definitely make my next automobile purchase at Wanner. Great job guys!

My Review of Wanner Ford:
ALL THIS TALK ABOUT NEW OWNERSHIP AND CHANGE????. SAME SERVICE ADVISOR AND RUDE, ARROGANT NEW OWNER. CUSTOMER SERVICE LEARN HOW TO DO IT. TALK DOWN TO YOU LIKE THEY ARE SUPERIOR AND YOU ARE STUPID. BARRY SERVICE GUY INSULTED MY NEICE LIKE SHE WAS STUPID AND A WOMAN THAT KNOWS NOTHING!!!!! SHE DOESNT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CARS BUT SHE DOES KNOW THAT REGARDLESS RUDENESS AND THE TONE OF VOICE IS UNEXCEPTABLE. GOOD REASON WHY THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON AND NO ONE IN THE AREA WILL SERVICE THERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLENTY OF OTHER FORD DEALERS IN THE AREA.

My Review of Wanner Ford:
I had previously bought a vehicle when this dealership was under the name victory ford i had an awful experience, the sales person was rude my entire experience was awful.Since that experience i refrained from going back but i heard an ad on the radio that this place was under new ownership.I decided to check this out for myself since they had changed names before and it was still under the same owner(Reinhart Ford,Victory Ford). To my suprise when i got there the dealership had in fact changed hands, I actually met the owner (Michael Wanner).Since i was so unhappy the last time i had purchased my vehicle they informed me that it might be possible for me to get a new vehicle and keep my payments the same.I wound up buying a brand new F-150 And actually lowered my payments. The experience was hands down the best i have had purchasing a vehicle and i have been buying trucks for 30 years!!!!!The team over at Wanner Ford is A+++ and i recomend them to anyone interested in buying a vehicle if you want quality sales and great service this is the palce to get it!!!
