I stopped in today with my 2010 Mazda. Craig was the absolute BEST. After describing my probelm he was up front, honest and VERY helpful!! Excellent service i got Darrell and Craig to help me out There was a problem with the coolant control value and Craig instantly know the problem when i told him the temperature not reaching car he r out There was a problem with the coolant control value and Craig instantly know the problem when i told him the temperature not reaching car he right numbers. I recently had an oil leak in my 2020 Mazda CX-5. I brought the car to Wantagh Mazda for an Analysis. They said the Cylinder Head needed to be replaced and that it would be covered under the Powertra I brought the car to Wantagh Mazda for an Analysis. They said the Cylinder Head needed to be replaced and that it would be covered under the Powertrain Warranty. The Cylinder Head was replaced at no cost too me. I got the car back and it runs beautiful. Wantagh Mazda has the best Service Dept. I’ve ever dealt with. I gave them 5 Stars for being Honorable, Customer focused and for their Mechanical Expertise. More

Been an extremely happy customer since 2016, same car. Craig has always been friendly and quick to help with any concerns I've had about my car. I met Darrell for the first time and he got me set up immed Craig has always been friendly and quick to help with any concerns I've had about my car. I met Darrell for the first time and he got me set up immediately after I walked in. I prefer to always come here, despite having many options closer to home. I've only trusted bringing my car in for maintenance at Wantagh. Never had a bad experience. They'll check if parts are still under warranty, even when I didn't ask. I've never been swindled for services that I don't need, unlike other shops. In fact, there have been times when I was advised that I didn't need work or that it can wait until a future visit. Who does that?! I really love the mechanic's video of what they've worked on, and the text messages letting me know immediately if there is an issue or when the car is ready - Even when I'm waiting in the office. I appreciate how they value customers and look forward to many more years of working with the service department for my maintenance (and the rare hiccup) of my Mazda6. More

Simply amazing! I went to Wantagh Mazda for warranty service on my CX-30. From my initial phone call with Pam, to my interaction with my service advisor, Darrell Rae I went to Wantagh Mazda for warranty service on my CX-30. From my initial phone call with Pam, to my interaction with my service advisor, Darrell Raeburn, and the work done by the technician, Jose, everything was handled with complete professionalism. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, considerate, and honest. I have had countless experiences with many dealerships over the years, but it is safe to say that Wantagh Mazda is without a doubt the best dealership I have ever been to! More

I have been to the service department for both my cars 2023 and 2018 CX-5s and I Always get the best friendly service from Craig and Darrell every time I go.
