My Review of Warnock Nissan Chrysler Jeep:
I bought a used Pathfinder 4x4 from Warnock Nissan in 2003.
In January, 2005, I took advantage of one of their free "100 point check-up" offers.
One of the recommended items was to have the fluids in the front & rear differential & transfer case changed.
I asked the service manager, "Bob" why this was indicated.
Bob said, "Well it was BLACK".
I said, "I had it changed at a LubeExpress three months ago".
Bob said, "Well, their my favorite shops because they make a lot of business for me", implying that LubeExpress had cheated me.
I had my doubts about this.
I went back to LubeExpress, & checked it out.
The fluids were all clear like new.
The Nissan mechanic had opened only one of the reservoirs; he hadn't even touched the other two.
"Bob", and/or his mechanic, was lying through his teeth.
I never went back, and neither should you.

My Review of Warnock Nissan Chrysler Jeep:
The service people are very nice. However, when we had a problem with our Jeep, they said that the problem would be covered under warranty but we had to schedule another day to bring it in to be fixed. When we brought it back, a few hours later we got a phone call from them and they said the the "noise" we were experiencing (it was actually more like a grinding) fell within the acceptable range and therefore would not be covered under warranty and would cost $269 to fix. Not only that, but I've noticed that the last few times I have taken the Jeep in for service, I seem to come across more and more irrate customers who are complaining that "...this is the third time I've taken my Jeep in for service and you guys can't seem to fix the problem..." or something to that effect. I'm not sure if it's the dealerships fault or just that Jeep doesn't make a very reliable car.
