My Review of Warnock:
This place may be one of the worst dealerships in the state. Tell the Warnock siblings they need to get their act together. I bought a Grand Cherokee from Mike who was blown out shortly thereafter. We got a goo dprice and a TOTAL LEMON. This vehicle has been in the shop multiple times for transmission problems, starter, brakes, air conditioning and several other issues. Jose, the service advisor will lie and tell you taht your car is looked at while it sits there for days as Jose lies and tells you that they are still trying to diagnose the problem. Ask for Tom Henry his supervisor and then you get more excuses and lies. It takes these guys three times as long as any dealership I have ever seen to diagnose problems and they dont get it fixed right the first time. You end up going there over and over and never get any satisfaction. The best solution, dont buy Chrysler.

My Review of Warnock:
The vehicle I purchased was 2004 Jeep Overland in August of 2003 with GPS navigation. The DVD was almost a year old so I called the number provided to get an upgrade. I was told there should a a free upgrade coupon in the car, which there wasn't. The dealer has been stringing me along since then with no resolution, or any in sight, just lip service. This is not the first car purchased from the either... so much for dealer loyalty returning buyers.
