My Review of Warren Henry Jaguar:
Unfortunately, I have been a client of Warren Henry Jaguar for more than 5 years.
When taking delivery of my last Jaguar S Type, I found that the car had been crashed in the rear bumper. Advised by Carlos, (my sales person) I took delivery of the car as he promised they would replace the bumper in the following week.
That following week I dropped off the car to get a new bumper as Carlos had promised.
To my surprise, when I got the car back, they had only authorized the shop to stretch and spray paint the bumper. The bumper look wavy and the paint was cracking in pieces.
Since this was not what the dealer had agreed when signing the lease, I asked Carlos to please come through with his initial commitment. Carlos insisted he couldn’t do anything because the manager (Pablo) had not authorized the new bumper… What?
I went back several times to try on getting the bumper change, but Pablo (The manager of Pre-Own) was very unprofessional and offensive to the point that I took the damaged bumper and drove my car like that for the length of the lease. Now that is time for me to return the lease, Jaguar wants me to pay to replace the bumper.
I have contacted Carlos and Pablo for the pass two week so that I can get a statement from the dealer authorizing the deduction of these charges from my final bill and guess what? He doesn’t want to do it.
So I hope that you can learn from my experience, and never believe in the word of Warren Henry Jaguar.
They would never come through.
