My Review of Warren Henry Volvo Jaguar:
First off let me say I purchased my first Volvo (240GL) from this dealership in 1981 at their old location so I have a history with them but it also says something that after all those years I keep coming back. After discussing the price on the phone with Internet Mgr. Carlos Sacasas, I drove from South Dade to the dealership to purchase the car. There were initially some hiccups in the process but eventually we closed the deal and my wife is delighted with her new Volvo. I can't speak highly enough about Mr. Barditch the sales Director and Mr. Zinn the owner, they truly care about the Warren Henry name and make sure the sales team treats the customers with amazing respect. Honestly, this is the way a dealership of this level should be with all their clients. It's the reason I will come back again and again to do business here. Currently, we are waiting for a missing part that was promised with the delivered vehicle but hopefully it will be installed soon. I will update this to let you all know what the outcome was.

My Review of Warren Henry Volvo Jaguar:
At Warren Henry Auto they were awesome and made it such a great buying experience, fun, easy, relaxed, no pressure, making certain that this was the right fit for me. The sales team were honest and sincere, also, straight forward in getting me to where i was comfortable with my payments. They were right in proving to me that you really have to test drive the car to get the real Jaguar experience. I highly recommend if thinking of purchasing a new or used Jaguar, the Warren henry Auto team will provide the very best in customer service.

Wonderful, top notch service from these guys. They've been around for a long time, and you can really see why.
I really love the Warren Henry Advantage, too. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

My Review of Warren Henry Volvo Jaguar:
I have never have I been so insulted by a car dealership! After an initially pleasant phone conversation with Antony on their phone bank I was referred to one rather uninformed salesman to another more senior salesman who tied every stupid sales trick in the book. They undervalued my trade in by over $3,000 (I did trade my car for the full proper trade value at another FL Jaguar Dealership in Sarasota). When I tried to point out the proper trade in I was treated as an idiot off the street and had three phone calls from the "manager" who stated that I simply didn't I understand the car market. They were wrong and I had worked in the auto sales industry for a number of years and still have access to monthly auction n numbers. They falsified the Feb and March number over the phone to me to justify their trade in values. When I pointed this out to them they raised their voices..I and say this in the plural as this occurred with TWO DIFFERENT supposed managers who called me after I told them I did not want any further contact! When I read these "managers the actual auction reports for Feb and March one said, "so why do you need us if you have all the answers?" and the other said, "Ok so they were a little higher or the cars were maybe not in so nice a condition but we still think your car is only worth this much tops.." All this occurred without them seeing my car or even asking for the VIN number!!!!!

When asked for exact information on a specific car in their inventory I was given a run around and never did they respond to my request for specifics on color. I simply asked "what color blue is it? There are three versions of "blue" on the Jaguar models I was looking at and their website does not show actual photos or say what version of shade of "blue" was on these vehicles.

One more point, I came to them as a referral of the USAA car buying program for military families. USAA should drop this horrid sales group and I would urge you all to stay far far away from them!!
