We visited the dealership on a Saturday morning looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We came from Morgantown, WV. Even though the dealership was busy, we were helped quickly all day. Every person we worked with, from Sales to Finance, was extremely helpful and nice. Our salesman, Dave was the nicest car salesman I have ever met. He was helpful, courteous, extremely attentive, and had great advice. But, in no way was he pushy or assertive. He made my husband and I feel like a part of his family. I have been to some bad dealerships in the past in PA and WV. But, this was the best and quickest sales experience I have had yet. I would definitely recommend the dealership to my family and friends. I will buy another Jeep from them again in the future!

The best experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle !!!
Andrew was energetic and excited that we were there to make a purchase. he was very detail oriented with providing specifics about the vehicle. paperwork was a breeze and explained very thoroughly.

Paid for a truck and then they had me bring it back and stripped it of its extras..biggest ripoff ever. They got me but never again.

Waynesburg Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram's service department is very friendly and very speedy in getting their work done. Even though they are speedy, that doesn't mean that their reliability and quality of work is lost. I am very happy with the service that I got done here. I recommend them to everyone and anyone.

Just recently purchased a 2013 Chrystler 200 and I love it! Brad Ruse did everything he could to help and I appriciate it all so much! I love everything about the car and they explained everything clearly, no bs at all! I will definitely reccomend them to all my searhcing friends.

They went above and beyond sales and service.. I needed handicap accessories on the steering wheel and they took both vehicles to the place to get them transferred from my old car to the new one..and gave me a loaner vehicle fro the time needed.....and they worked very hard to meet my needs and the price i needed. I recommend them highly.......

This dealership had the best selection of Ram Trucks in the area. Their website was easy to view and contained all the information on the trucks they had on hand. We made an appointment to drive the truck we were interested in and when we arrived our salesperson (Mike Monroe) had the truck at the door waiting for the test drive. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer every question we had. Once we were ready to make a deal, it went very quickly and the staff seemed more than willing to work with us on a fair price. With all new vehicles there is a bunch of paperwork to complete and Chris was very organized getting us through this process in no time. We had visited many other dealership and found Waynesburg to be the best of all!

Mike Monre made my new vehicle purchase quick and easy. I called my mom and told her about the great treatment I got @ Waynesburg Dodge Jeep and she went in the next day and Mike put her in a brand new vehicle also. Outstanding sales man in vast knowledge of his product.

Andrew and Mike worked very hard to get us the 2013 Dodge Ram. Mike even stayed way past the time he was supposed to to help us with our sale. We have actually purchase three vehicles from Mike.
