My Review Of Wesley Chapel Honda:
I had the most fabulous experience in the midst of a horrible situation. Mr, Tucker had been contacting me for approximately 2 weeks prior to my visit to assess my interest and invite me in for a meeting. I wanted an updated vehichle as I had a 2003 car with 167,000 and truly needed an additonal vehichle. Having been in repair mode with my credit due to LIFE...I didn't feel that THIS was the right time. Fast forward....I repaired by 2003 vechicle at a $600 expense. During this time, Mr. Tucker was still sending out text messages inquiring about my interest and wondering if I was Ok because the communication (on my part ceased). 1 week after paying for my repairs and feeling as though..."I'm good", my vechicle crashed. Mr. Tucker, again, was right on time with his text inquiry. He sent me a prequalified application, I completed it, and sent it back covered in prayer. Within 15 minutes, he called me and stated "we can put you in a car". Prayers answered! Mr. Tucker came to pick me up, because I no longer had a car, and drove me to the dealership. I was near USF, but he came without any issues. Although I had to put a down payment, I had the comfort of having a reliable vehichle. I test drove two cars. He knew I wasn't really satisfied with the first one, but would accept because...I needed one. He found another vehichle that I fell in love with! A 2013 Mazda 3 Si...black. Go Tonia!!!!! Now to get it "papered". PJ did his magic with the numbers and finance folks. We structured the payments within my budget and timed to fall on pays where I wouldn't be a day late. As they are instrumental with helping "real folk" with slow credit, he explained the importance of no late payments and invited back within 14 months to refinance for a better rate. I am very pleased with the staff at Wesley Chapel Honda---THEY ROCK!!!!
