My Review of West Ashley Toyota Inc:
THESE FOLKS ARE MORE FOCUSED ON SATISFYING CUSTOMERS THAN ANY PLACE I HAVE BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM. THEY WENT OUT OF THIER WAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE CAR AND THEIR SERVICE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY. BOUGHT FROM THEM A FEW YEARS AGO AND THE SERVICE WAS BELOW AVERAGE. THE PEOPLE THAT ARE THERE NOW ARE SUPER. I HAVE SENT SEVRAL OF MY FRIENDS THERE AND THEY ALL HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!

My Review of West Ashley Toyota Inc:
Recently bougth a car from West Ashley Toyota. Or should I say attempted? I am a member of the military, and returned home to purchase a car. They found what I wanted and said they could get it for me before I left town again. AFTER I signed all the paperwork and paid them, suddenly they could no longer get it before I left. So, they gave me a loaner car and said they'd drive it down to me on Monday. Two days later, they said they couldn't get the car I bought, and offered me another car that's the same thing. Only problem? This one has floormats, so they procceded to try to charge me the 66 dollars for car mats, after they ran me around in the first place! I guess I'll have to see if I actually get a car from them! I have never been treated so rudely! Avoid this place like the plague!

My Review of West Ashley Toyota Inc:
Their sales manager is a friend of my sisters (he came on board AFTER I bought my car) and has stated on NUMEROUS occasions that their goal is to sell cars - and who cares about the customer afterwards. They have had FOUR service managers and numerous service techs over the last year and a half or so. I have had four toyotas over the last ten or 12 years - I will not have another until another dealership is built that is convienent to my house.<br>CAN&quot;T STAND THEM.
