David the owner (and his wife) went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Nina who arranged the financing and took care of all the paper work for the purchase, got me a really great loan deal, when all the major banks I contacted on my own, refused to offer a loan, because Autohaus did not have the name of the car I was buying (Mercedes Benz) in the franchize name. All the support staff in the office were very friendly and welcoming, and the mechanics who work there are very good. The owner also indicated that the car I was buying had a 30 day 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. So if anything failed during that time he would fix it free of charge. I was also offered an extended used car warranty which I purchased at a reasonable price. I checked out its acceptance at a Mecedes Benz dealership before buying it, and it was confirmed that they accepted it. So now I am covered for an additional 4 years 48,000 miles from any major repairs. So overall I have been very satisfied with my purchase, and the car that I bought which is a 2006 Mercedes Benz E350 is fantastic. More
