My Review of West-Herr:
Very friendly and competent service and sales people. However, they do not deal well on pricing. The reason for this was stated to be that they offer "great" used cars not "OK" cars. Otherwise we were pleased.

My Review of West-Herr:
friendly folks, but totally incompetent service. I had numerous warranty problems, and their policy appears to be first to deny there is a problem, and then to say they fixed it when in fact they did little or nothing. And when they do a repair, it's shoddy work and your car will often come back with more problems than when you brought it in. To get them to move, you need to write to Subaru. I regret having bought a car there.
