My Review Of Westborough Buick Pontiac GMC:
I would like to remain anonymous for reasons of safety. My experience at westborough pontiac buick and gmc was nothing short of horrifying!!! I arrived early in the morning for a simple oil change as a waiter. After about two hours of sitting and waiting without updates I took it upon myself to ask one of the workers what the hold up was and was told by Shaun Sanville "How the f**k should I know, I dont do oil changes, talk to one of the rookies." Appalled, I demanded to speak to his supervisor and was then directed to the srvice manager cosmo cassamassa. I explained that they were taking too long to work on, my vehicle and that one of his employees was exceptionally rude. Cosmo's response was: "I dont know what to tell you, we are doing the best we can." I then proceeded to ask him if I could speak to his boss to make a proper complaint against his worker Shaun Sanville. He advised me that Michael Bates was never around and that he was the "real boss". At this point we began to bicker back and forth and despite my many efforts he refused to give me an incident report. I told him that this was no way to treat a customer and Cosmo replied by saying: "I know out there you may be able to get what you want with an ass like that but in here im the boss and its going to take alot more convincing." Though it goes without saying, this is no way to run a dealership!. The employees are more fitting behind bars than behind the wheel of your car. I have gone to great lengths to contact michael bates and reveal my terrifying experience and have come up with nothing but a voicemail that promises a call back. On top of the horrible customer service, I drove my vehicle all the way home before i noticed that i was not given any washer fluid and my oil cap wasnt even put back on my car!!!! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone and quite frankly, feel like the place should either be shut down or put under new management. Everyone that i dealt with, especially shaun sanville and cosmo cassamassa, were extremely rude, dishonest, and power hungry. Poor auto service is an issue but I would petition for potential future customers to steer clear more for their safety than anything else.
