My purchase of a new 2013 Avalon Limited was a positive experience from my initial visit to see the new design to my return to make a purchase. My sales consultant, Stacey Coleman was welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process, ensuring that I had all of the information that I needed to make the best selection. Stacey went above and beyond in following through the deal right up to the moment I drove the car out of the new car delivery area. She patiently went through the many amenities of the car to ensure that I understood how things operated, even synchronizing my I-phone to the car. Stacey followed up a couple of days later via email to ensure that I was enjoying the new car and to offer her continued support for any questions that I might have. Stacey did an exceptional job!

Additionally, the sales manager, Doreen, and the business manager, Andy, were very professional and made certain that I understood all of the details of the financial aspects of the purchase. Indeed, each individual at Westbrook Toyota made my experience there a positive one, adding to the pleasure of driving my favorite car home...the 2013 Avalon. The day after I took delivery I returned to have the plates put on and James was the young man who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful with some technical questions that I had about the use of the sound system, the navigation system, etc. Once again, I departed very pleased with the level of service and support.

I have always had my car serviced at Westbrook Toyota and will continue to do so. It is a great place with great people committed to their work. Thank you to each person with whom I worked. I enjoyed the experience and I am enjoying my new Avalon!

Stacy was very friendly and helpful on finding us the right vehicles, never pushy and gave us the best deals possible.
We went to look at a car last year and then a truck last month, both times buying the vehicle the same day and driving off the lot in it.

I am from Long Island and recently had an issue with another dealership in Conn. that "just happened to get a deposit from someone off the street just before I got there" on the truck that I was interested in. Three hours of driving wasted. Westbrook had the Tundra that I have been looking for at a fair price. Jon Lehane called me back quickly and was able to negotiate conditions and take a deposit over the phone. I receive a fair value for my trade in and was driving my 2011 Tundra out of the dealership the following day. The whole team was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jon. Westbrook puts the Long Island dealerships to shame. Thank you all again.

I am a loyal Toyota owner. My vehicle needed warranty work to be done and I was pleased with the outcome which came from honest employees like Cheryl and Bob. The service that Cheryl has provided during this period as well as in the past is high quality and Bob is a great new addition to the Westbrook dealership.

My wife and I loved Stacey Coleman. She was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She was extremely helpful and was responsive to all our requests. When I got there a sales representative immediately helped me. The first thing they asked was which car I was interested and asked if I would like to try it out. 20 minutes later I knew I loved the car and Jon asked how I was thinking about paying for it. We went over all the options and found the right one for me. He showed me the latest in car care and any packages i wanted to go with it. He did all the paperwork in a professional manor and answered all my questions. I also wanted a tail fin and it was as easy as 1-2-3. I am on my way in a little bit to go have it installed and it seems that the service end is fast and reliable. Unlike everyone else in this wold. They actually called me when it was in like they said they would.

I came to this dealership to look for a specific vehicle. I met John Lehane in the lot and we talked about what I was looking for and what I had for a budget. A few days later he called and we met to go over a vehicle he had found that would fit my needs. John and the staff at Westbrook Toyota worked hard to met my budget and where quite knowledgable in the options available to enable me to by the truck.
At no time did I feel pressured on the sale and all in all it was one of the better experiences I've had buying a vehicle.

It was a pleasure to work with Stacey. I had visited other car dealers before visiting Westbrook Toyota and was very turned off with the sales people. Stacey was willing to listen to what I wanted and could manage within my budget and did not try to sale me more than what I needed.

Stacey was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! She knew her cars and nothing stumped her! We were playing hard to get & spent half a day at the dealership test driving, dealing over the desk etc. and she was patient the whole time. (We had a 240,000 mile Toyota van we were reluctantly trading in!) In the end, we all got what we wanted & we drove away in our new van. Stacey even got out some tools and elbow grease when we couldn't get our old license plate off! In addition, we had troubles syncing our garage door opener (the one that the van is equipped with) and she was the ONLY ONE who could figure it out - and we had several people try! We have returned to Westbrook Toyota several times for our oil changes & she greets us with a smile and a hug. If you're looking to buy a Toyota, go to Westbrook and ask for Stacey. You'll get a great deal and may even make a new friend. We did!
