My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
I leased a car today and worked with PEDRO SEGURA. It was a great experience, as he was always responsive to my calls, had an answer ready (or quickly found out what I asked) and was a pleasure to work with. The dealership was always very clean, had every model in the showroom (Toyota and Scion), and had tea and coffee available always. As for price, we got a great deal and there was NO high pressure sales tactics or anything that has given others a bad name. Pedro as patient and was knowledgeable about the model (RAV-4) we leased and other Toyota models and all trim levels. I HIGHLY recommend Westchester Toyota and PEDRO SEGURA!

My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
Ripped me off. Told me I couldn't get a Prius unless I gave a deposit. I gave $2,000 down and waited 9 months for car. Then they told me that the color that I wanted (Barcelona Red/grey interior) didn't exist, stuck me with a car I didn't want and then overcharged me for the car. Then I go to other dealers and see the exact same car in the same package that they said didn't exist. I was afraid to deal with car dealers because I knew that they would take advantage of me as a woman. They may have ripped me off, but I will never shop there again and I have two other friends who just purchased Prius'es and when someone has a bad experience you can be sure that they will warn their friends not to be taken to the cleaners like I was. They were very friendly as they were ripping me off.

Very friendly and informative salesperson. Great deal, took there time to expalin details to us worked with us in anyway nessecary to get the car we wanted at a price we can afford. Was extremely pleased with Pedro he is a wonderful sales person and I felt very comfortable with him and trusted him to get us the best rate possible. I feel he lived up to and exceded all my expectations. Would recommend this dealership to everyone looking to buy a car.

I am extremely satisfied with Westchester Toyota. Sales consultant Pedro Sugura was highly professional, cooperative, patient, and willing to help. The manager was also very pleasant. I bought a Camry without any hastle by trading in my 2008 Hondia Civic in less than one hour. I would recommend this dealership to any one and refer them specifically to Mr. Segura.

My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
I just want to state that the experience was pleasurable from beginning to end. I was a little nervous about being able to purchase a vehicle because of my credit. Well Mr Roswess assured me that they would work hard to get me approved. True to his word they did exactly that. Also, I later on had a concern that I was picking my vehicle up on a day that the weather was really bad. When I spoke to his manager Landers he told me that he would detail the car on a day that was convienent for me so I could get that new car purchase feeling. And once again true to their word they came through again. Hats off to Westchester Toyota.

I have been dealing with David Lee for many years. He has gone above and beyond what any other dealership has done for me in the past. His teams of sales persons handle my sales as if I we're part of their family. I currently own two vehicles (toyota) and lease a third,(Scion TC) all of which have been purchased through David at Westchester Toyota/Scion. I have never felt pressured or been bothered with annoying calls. His level of professionalism and expertise, is what keeps me coming back.

My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
Some background before I begin. I am from Brooklyn originally and have a very good mechanic there but wanted to find a more local place to have work done on my Toyota so I took the chance. It was supposed to be something easily fixed, and it was, but of course in true dealership fashion, there were many other problems found with the 10 year old car. Once all of the problems were described to me I decided to contact my old mechanic. I was quoted prices that were two to three times higher by Toyota than my mechanic would charge for the same service. I know that there is a premium you pay to have you car serviced at the dealer but that is extreme. They also told me of problems that didn't exist according to my mechanic. After all of this I wonder if the original problem that I went in for wasn't even a real issue. I have to say that I'm not sure if I can trust this service center again. I would rather take the trip down into Brooklyn where I can find a mechanic who will honest with me and not overcharge me.

total professionals without pressure. Breathe of fresh air in this normally cut throat and shady business. Would go back a thousand times over and will recommend to all my friends. We love the car the price and the people. I liked the fact that nobody was pushy or trying to play around with the price.

My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
The salesman Angel Diaz was waiting outside the building as we approached looking for a place to park the car we would be trading in. He didn't "jump" on us, but waited until we approached him to ask if he could help us find a used car. He was extremely friendly and acted like a "used car salesman". We eventually bought a new Scion as a result. He let us test drive, of course, and topped his service off by contributing $150 of his commission when our trade-in value of our used car came up short of what the dealership had originally promised. He was truly an "angel".
