I went to this toyota service center on oct0ber 20 2009 bel who told because the light on my new toyota came on and I didnt know what it meant .........so when i went in I saw Michael who told me the light meant my tire pressure was low and they fixed for me right away Michael was very nice and informative I'm glad he helped me thank you

My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
I took my 2005 Matrix for regular maintenance at Westchester Toyota and they were awesome! I expected to be there all day but Willie got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, just as promised. He was helpful and had a great sense of humor which helped to pass the time. As a woman I was afraid of the part of the visit where he would make recommendations for service needs but he didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Thank you for great service and a wonderful staff. I will definitely return and refer my friends and family to Willie and this dealership.

My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
I went in 2 days ago for a oil change I met with mike who told me what I was to expect as far as wait time and the type of service that I would be getting (which was great) they even recomended other stuff for my car that would be helpful and ecen put a sticker in my car to remind me when my next oil change would be needed thank you so much Michael and Westchester toyota.

My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
This was my first visit to Westchester Toyota for service and I was extremely satisfied with the work performed. I spoke with Mike and had the 15,000 mile service performed on my 2009 Camry. He was very helpful in explaining all the work that would be done and had my car ready for me when he promised. When I picked it up was as clean as I dropped it off, and the next service reminder sticker was on the window. Thanks again to Mike and to those who worked on my car.

My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
I could not have been more pleased with Westchester Toyota. I went in on a Thursday evening for information concerning a leasing program and was helped by Fernando. He was not only friendly and polite but also informative and quite helpful. That evening, I leased my 2010 Toyota Corolla! I picked it up two days later and met with Fausto and Robert. They were extremely pleasant and made my wait time as short as possible. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone. I have spoken to Fernando several times since my purchase regarding my satisfaction with the car. Great job Fernando, Fausto and Robert! Thank you so much!

My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
My Sienna broke down one day as I was taking my children to the sitter. I had to have it towed in to the service department. From the moment I and my car arrived I was acknowledged. I was very upset because the incident made me nervous having my children in the car. Glenn and Rich L. went over in detail what was wrong with my car so I completely understood what was going to be done, as well as assured me that they would take good care of the car and make it safe for my children to ride in. I will never go anywhere else for my service from now on. The entire experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. Everyone appeared very confident in their abilities to help me and were very patient with all my questions. I have already recommended Westchester Toyota Service to all of my friends and family.

Ryan did a good job in selling me my car. He was very friendly and even went so far as to pick me up from work to be able to meet the financing appointment available. The only thing that was an issue was the fact I did not have a New Jersey lisence which I wish the dealership had been more knowledgable on NJ requirements ahead of time.Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend this dealer. My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
Well I guess you can consider this team, Anson and Dennis the "A Team" at Westchester Toyota. This would be the third consecutive lease/purchase from My car guys and I think I'm gonna love this car the most. I turned in my Corolla for a Rav 4 Sport V6; with out a spare tire on the back(looks great)! Anson really hooked me up with the price and Dennis provided me with a package that will give me piece of mind since I bought the Rav instead of leasing like my previous vehicles. Not only were they professional, but the really make you feel like family. I would strongly recommend Westchester Toyota for your next car purchase, and don't forget to ask for the "A Team" or as they called it the "A Unit"!

I bought my car at westchester toyota. This is the first time that I bought a car and I didn't feel presure, it was so easy and I'm so happy with my car. When I first walk in I was greeted by the sales person felix. He had knowledge about everything that I was asking him about the car and I apreciated the time that he spend explained to me and also for the good deal. I will recommended to all my family and friends to toyota westchester and of course the sales person(felix). I love my car!!!
