My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
I would like to commend Mr. Richard Rodriguez and his Sales Manager, Mr. Landers Hall on the overall great experience I had purchasing my vehicle at Westchester Toyota. It was refreshing to not have the normal sales process of being pushed and pushed to complete the sale. It took me a little more than a month's time to make up my mind, yet Richard patiently answered all my questions and guided me along the way. After taking my vehicle I still had some questions that Mr. Hall was always willing to help me with. I've gone back to the dealership on several occasions and the customer service remains great even after the sale. Keep up the good work.

My Review of Westchester Toyota/Scion:
When my wife and I entered Westchester Toyota, we were greeted by a very friendly Mr. Pedro Segura who introduced himself and listen attentively to our concerns and needs. Mr. Segura answered all of the questions we had about the Highlander and the Sienna. He proceeded to show both vehicles and point out the advantages and disadvantages they both presented for our family of 5. We went for a test drive in both vehicles and even though we loved them both, we decided the Sienna was the way to go. After going over the different models, with the assistance of Fausto Gonzalez, the Sales Manager, who by the way gave us a price we found to be very reasonable, we decided for the XLE model. The color my wife wanted was not available right away, but Mr. Gonzales promised we could have it within a week. (We had to wait only 2 days!!!) Kudos to Fausto!!!
The delivery process was a breeze and we were out of the dealership driving our new Sienna in just over an hour.
We had bought cars before, always with a lot of haggling and back and forth. None of that with these people!!

My experience with Westchester Toyota was really great. I went to two other Toyota dealerships and was very displeased with the way I was treated. As soon as I walked through the doors of Westchester Toyota, I was greeted by sales consultant Sam Khan. Within five minutes of speaking with Sam, I felt comfortable and not pressured to purchase a vehicle on the spot. Sam was really knowledgable, funny, and all around a wonderful man. I did purchase my new Rav4 that day, and I love it! My experience at Westchester Toyota was really pleasant. Everyone at Toyota was really great. Sam Khan is the best!!

I went to Westchester Toyota to look at a lease on a new 2009 Camry, it was afetr I had been in few other dealrships in my area where I have to say it was not as pleasent as I thought it would be. BUt that all changed when I pulled to Westchester Toyota, Sam Khan was a great sales consultant Not just your typical car salesman, after that i was introduced to his manager Landers Hall & his Finance & Inssurance manager Daine Roswess. they were very friendly & walked me thru the whole process with out any difficulties, i will go back to Westchester Toyota & will also recomend it to all my friends & relatives. Thank you once again for changing the way I looked at buying a car .

The sales team at westchester toyota was phenominal. They were all pleasant, courtious and inviting. It was a great environment to walk into. My sales rep Tristan was especially awesome. This was my first car. He helped me through a really stressful situation and warked really hard to get me the best deal. As far as I'm concerned westchester Toyota gets two thumbs up and fives all around. Thanks alot Tristan.
