My Review of Westlake BMW:
Just serviced my car again due to a faulty sensor mat. Also mentioned the squeaky brakes and they ended up replacing both front pads and rotors. Very friendly environment. They just finished remodelling the whole place and it rocks! The customer waiting area is awesome, with snacks and great selection of coffee and tea. Huge flatscreen TV and even area for kids. The only thing could add would be wireless Internet access ...

My Review of Westlake BMW:
This dealer is fantastic!!! I didn't even purchase the car from them. I made an appointment and had a 60,000 mile inspection done and some brake and colling work done. I ask if I could get a loaner and I was given a brand new X3 out of their full BMW service fleet. In one day it was ready to go. I will definitaly will be back. I also spoke to Bill in the sales department about a new BMW and thought the price on a new 325 was real good. I'm going to check it out though.

My Review of Westlake BMW:
Okay, I thought my window regulators were going out again, so I called to make an appointment with the dealer. I was told by my service advisor that window regulators were covered under CPO, and I could bring her in that day. I jumped at the chance and brought my 323i in. I sat there about 45 minutes when my advisor came out and told me the regulators were fine but the nuts that hold them together are defective. They are not covered under CPO and to replace them would be $300. I shook my head, and said that doesn't sound right, but if that's that, I'm taking my car back. I couldn't figure out why they weren't covered under CPO. I wanted to talk to the sevice manager. She said he was busy and would not come talk to me. She gave me his name, and I said I'd call him later. As I entered my car I pulled out my cell, and called him. He answered on the first ring... not that busy after all. He told me nuts were not covered, but he could offer me 10% off. I said no way, that's crazy. I called BMW NA to complain about their policy in regards to CPO. They said they would talk to the service manager to see if they could do anything else for me... I mean my family has bought 3 Bimmers from them already. (Not anymore). A few days later, the manager calls me up to tell me he talked with BMW NA and he agreed to give me a 20% discount, but get this... it's now off of $350! He raised his price to give me a discount. I argued with him that I was better off before, and that he is practicing poor business practices. He said my advisor only quoted me the cost of labor, not parts. How is that my problem. If I would have agreed for them to fix it for $300, I would have been shocked to find out I'm really paying $350. I couldn't believe how this man was talking to me, like I don't understand English. He then had my advisor call me to say she told me it was just for labor. She talked to me like I was a child! Ever since that dealership is going through a complete remodel, service has gone down!!! And they are very low people in there. I would never do business with them again, and suggest if you need your Bimmer fixed in Illinois, take it elsewhere. Don't get robbed.<br>*UPDATE* My windows were creaking which led me to believe that my window regulators were breaking. Well, I did some research online and wound up buying a tube of &quot;gummi pflege&quot;, a rubber care product, and lubing up my door seals. Since then all my noises have left! It wasn't window regulators/nuts after all! So what was Westlake talking about? Instead of paying $350 and still having the problem, I spent $8 and fixed it myself! Unbelievable but true. Westlake BMW really does not know what they are doing. Pleas stay away and find another BMW dealer.
