My father had purchased a vehicle 2 weeks before he suddenly passed away. I had a list of minor items that needed to be done on the vehicle, most had been done. 2 months after my Dad's death I realized that we did not have the code to the door. I spoke with Harves Grammer, sevice manager, and he told me that the code would have been written on a business card. Harves went on to tell me that if I was unable to locate it he would help. I went to the service department and Harves was so polite. He spoke to someone that pulled the code up and he even went to my vehicle and changed it to something easy for me to remember. Then, he showed me how to work the buttons to lock and unlock all doors. He was so polite and never acted like I was bothering him. Westway Ford is lucky to have employees like Harvis Grammer!

After a bad initial experience, Dan called and refunded me most of my money. I've heard storied about dealerships being overpriced, and I was afraid this place confirmed that, but Dan seemed very fair in resolving my problem.

Amazing dealership resulting in an amazing experience. All employees are very friendly and greet all customers they encounter warmly and makes sure they are being taken care of, but Stephanie, Ali, and Zachary were especially great. They all went above and beyond just going the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and treated fairly. I look forward to visiting the dealership even for my maintenance checks because its such a comfortable and friendly place to be, a description not usually associated with car dealerships.

Zachary is a fantastic salesperson and person. Very energetic and friendly, as well as knowledgable about the product. He never once tried to push the sale or make me feel like I was being forced into anything. He made sure I got the best price possible for what I wanted, and he made me feel that my satisfaction was more important than the sale for him. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have already recommended him highly.

I recently began a search for a new 2013 Ford Explorer and contacted all known Ford dealers in the DFW area with my requirements. Upon reaching out to all these sites only a few responded, and even fewer with persistent, accurate and polite information. Anthony Johnson from Westway was the cream of the crop. He was very direct, polite, and responsive in all his communications. His offers were reasonable and below almost every other dealer in the area. He made the shopping experience pleasant and uncomplicated, and while I ultimately made my final purchase elsewhere because of a lower price, I would not hesitate to deal with Anthony again or recommend him to other customers. He's a consummate professional and doesn't play games. This is to be highly commended in a business where many are elusive, deceptive, or downright dishonest. Wanted to commend Zach Barnes and the staff at Westway Ford (Irving, TX) for their outstanding internet sales response and on site customer service. They were professional & courteous. Although the highway in front of the dealership and dealership itself is under construction, the showroom was clean & inviting. Employees even stood at the dealership entrance to guide customers into the lot. Zach was prompt in his response to any inquiries and provided us with the professional service a customer should be afforded. This was heads and tails above the sales service we received at another Ford dealership which is closer to our home but after 3 visits we left, very unhappy (even after previously buying another car there). For our next Ford purchase our first visit will be at Westway. Thank you Zach.

Luke walked us through the financial process as expeditiously as one can :) He answered our questions and responded to any questions we had in a professional manner.

Zach was extremely friendly and professional. He got right down to business and listened to my needs and concerns. I was at another dealership earlier but felt like I was just a number to them.
