They are a SCA Performance Truck Dealer but would not cover a truck under factory warranty due to it being modified, even though they are 100% covered under factory warranty. Called Shakopee Chevrolet and they knew exactly what I had and said they work on them all the time and they are in fact 100% covered under warranty. Very frustrating. Do not recommend this service department if you have anything out of the ordinary, they do not do their homework on what GMC sells apparently. More

Bought vehicle, Max sales person was Great to work with. Sold the vehicle a year later to get one that can hold more people. I bought a warranty so I needed a refund. Called the dealership and ask for finance to get the paperwork left a message and no one returned my call. After three days I called again, left a message, and no response after two days I called and ask for the manager of finance, and no answer so I left a message for Molly. Two days later got a response, filled out the paperwork and sent it back within 5 min. I verified by email she received it. Molly said it may take 45 days. After 56 days I emailed her asking where my money was? No response. Two more emails weeks later, no response! After 147 days I finally emailed again and got this response, " "I'm not sure what happened with the delay, but I am having my office manager send you your refund check right away." I called her asking if there is any compensation for your lack of follow up? At least you could do reimburse me for the 102 days of interest that I lost on $2,147. She said "your vehicle was paid off, there was no interest 🤦♂️omg. I said, " the interest on the $2147 for 102 days" She said, "No I can't do that"! No compensation for them hanging onto my money for over 3 months! 😮 WOW! More

Nice vehicle to test drive. Salesman Bob made a copy of my DL without my permission. I know the policy on checking for updated drivers stays. I put on Facebook I wanted that cop Salesman Bob made a copy of my DL without my permission. I know the policy on checking for updated drivers stays. I put on Facebook I wanted that copy back. Bob told me he "had the capacity to do background checks" and while on 2 mile test drive he took a distracting phone call. "I have to answer that one. He owns restaurants, hotels, everything in Dakota" They blocked me on Facebook simply for asking for my Driver's License copy back. Sales manager responded it's for staff safety and avoiding robbery" If they DID check, I have zero records. More
