My Review of White Plains Nissan/Mazda:
Made promises they couldn't keep. Never returned phone calls. Promised us a car within two days... I called a week later and was told the car could take up to 30 days.

Couldn't get a straight answer on whether my salesman had been fired or not. Offered us some incentives to continue with them, but the last straw was when they couldn't give us a reasonable delivery date.

Also, salesmen didn't seem familiar with the features of the car, or the terms of the lease.

During an earlier attempt at a deal, would not honor their own ad (claimed the guy who placed the ad didn't work with them anymore -- seems to be a pattern). Advertises websites that don't exist.

Meanwhile, went to Adzam in Mount Kisco, and they had the car we wanted on the lot, ready for a test drive and purchase. Save yourself the headache and go straight to Adzam. White Plains Mazda is lucky to still be in business with the way they treat their customers.
