Offered us some incentives to continue with them, but the last straw was when they couldn't give us a reasonable delivery date.<br><br>Also, salesmen didn't seem familiar with the features of the car, or the terms of the lease.<br><br>During an earlier attempt at a deal, would not honor their own ad (claimed the guy who placed the ad didn't work with them anymore -- seems to be a pattern). Advertises websites that don't exist.<br><br>Meanwhile, went to Adzam in Mount Kisco, and they had the car we wanted on the lot, ready for a test drive and purchase. Save yourself the headache and go straight to Adzam. White Plains Mazda is lucky to still be in business with the way they treat their customers. More
