My Review of Whitlow Chevrolet:
I recently found out the Service Manager (Robert) had left the employment of Whitlow Chevrolet. I decided to give this dealer one more try in fixing a noisy rear axle clutch pack.
I'm pleased to report this past visit was trouble free and the problems with my car appear corrected. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I was even provided free transportation to and from the dealership.
It's amazing how things have changed for the better with Whitlow Chevrolet. Thanks for a job well done.

My Review of Whitlow Chevrolet:
My 04 Corvette had an unusual noise coming from the engine. Everyone who was asked to listen agreed there was something wrong. The service department replaced the A/C compressor which took one week. After the repair, they called to say the car was fixed. As they drove my car around to the front desk, I clearly heard the same noise as before.

I was not happy, and asked them to repair the problem. The service manager told me "he" was not able to fix the problem. He then began to ask me if I bought the car new or used. (I bought it from another dealer out of state) Our conversation went down hill from there, and the service manager tossed up his hands like a little girl and told me "I think you should find yourself another dealer". It was now clearly a better idea than talking to this guy. As I got back into my car to leave, I found they failed to remove the paper floor matt, so I balled it up and tossed it out the window. That's when this service manager lost it and began screaming for at me to leave "his" dealership and to never step foot back there again.

After taking the car to another local dealer, the problem was found to be a $45 dollar idle belt pulley near the A/C compressor. A simple fix for most any mechanic, but was too much for the "service manager" at Whitlow Chevrolet to handle.

This is how this dealer treats Chevy customers of $50k cars who don't purchase their vehicles from "his" dealership.

If this dealer is unable to service Corvettes, this dealer should not Sell Corvettes.
