They damaged my wheels putting tires on and won't stand behind their work.
I had to get the police involved to get my truck out of the shop.
And now they won't give me there insurance info so I am forced to hire a attorney.
The entire dealership is a joke from service to the owner.
Beware of them con artists

Buying a new car at Wickstrom was a unique and enjoyable experience. Todd and his staff provided a pressure-free, relaxed environment. They took the time to answer questions and were very knowledgeable. Negotiations were at a minimum and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. Wickstrom's service department, as well as the sales staff, are always courteous and a pleasure to do business with.

In each of my last six purchases, Wickstrom has exceeded my expectations with outstanding value and exceptional customer service. Brian and Joe have not only been outstanding to deal with, but we've also had a laugh or two along the way. Very nice dealership. Very clean and friendly to the customer. Always told what was going on. Helped me when a different Ford dealer would not. I bought my Ford here new and will do so again when the time comes. Thank you.

What stared off as a mess of a day turned into me loving this dealership. I purchased a used 2008 Navigator brought it home and the next morning it didn't start. I called them up ready for a fight and they were so nice I couldn't couldn't be mad. They fixed it on there dime the same day, paid for towing and drove it back to my house after hours. They were so kind and accommodating I would send all my friends and family to them. Thank you for everything Wickstrom.

I have recently just purchased a car from Wickstrom and was very pleased with the entire transaction. I was greeted by the salesman, Eugene Hernandez, who I dealt with the entire time. He was extremely professional and I felt comfortable the whole time and did not feel as if he was rushing me in order to simply make a sale (unlike most dealers/salesmen). He showed me several vehicles and did not pressure me. I was very satisfied with Eugene's service and am definitely looking forward to going back to him for my future purchases. Car dealers need more salesmen like Eugene.

I bought a used 2007 Honda civic te car was priced great!! Eugene was very nice and friendly and just fun to talk about with cars and everyone there just made the buying experience good and relaxing!!!
