My Review Of Wildcat Ford Lincoln:

I recently paid a visit to Wildcat Ford while looking for a car for my son, and I wanted to write a review to let others know that my experience there was a good one. Immediately upon entry I was approached by an attentive salesman who was able to answer my questions and direct me to a make and model that most fit my budget and needs. I ended up loving the 2013 Fusion and my son seemed happy that he didn't have to get a clunker for his first car.

All in all, the quality of service I received at Wildcat Ford went beyond my expectations.

My Review Of Wildcat Ford Lincoln:

I have been on the look out for the car I am going to buy for some time. I've seen one for sale in Texas, another farther away, I wasn't in any hurry. Imagine how happy I was when one matching exactly what I wanted came up for sale locally. I saw the ad in the internet on Saturday night and rode over Monday night to look at and drive a 2011 Mustang GT, Candy Apple Red, California Special. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young salesman as soon as I got out of the truck.
They were just putting the car back on the lot after a complete detail, perfect timing, the keys were in it and we got in as soon as the technician got out. I was impressed with the car althought it seemed to pull to the right at times, this worried me in a used car and I wanted to be sure this one was right for me before pulling the trigger so to speak. Due to family circumstances were short on time that night and I told the salesman to call me tomorrow and we could discuss this further. He was good to his word and called me the next day, being busy that day I set up and appoinment for Wednesday, at that time I asked if I could drive it home and bring it back Friday (I have a large truck and have had that or a large SUV for years so I wasn't sure this size car would suite me no matter how beautiful I thought it was). He said that was no problem and come on over. So before making the hour drive out to Nicholasville Rd I called him again and gave hime a time frame for arrival, he stated he wouldn't be there but he would have it all set up and everthing was ready.
We decided to stop and eat and dinner ran long, I called again and was put thru to another salesman after being on hold more than once. He wanted to know if it had been cleared with a manager. I don't work there, how am I supposed to know that information? He again said not to worry since I was so close just come on out and we would work it out.
Well, as soon as we got to his desk he stated I was lied to and that salesman didn't work there anymore and company policy was not to ever let a customer drive a car home, especially a performance car. I didn't need to hear anymore, I refuse to do business with a dealership that won't let me try my second largest purchase out for more than a spin around the block. The salesman was shocked as I got up and immediately left. I have not received a phone call or apology for my 2-hour drive for nothing. So I'm out $24 in diesel fuel and a few hours of my time. Never again Wildcat Ford!

My Review Of Wildcat Ford Lincoln:

After writing the initial review on how this business tried to bait and switch me by having me pay for a car, then saying it was wrecked and trying to sell me a new one for $1000 extra, I remembered the CarFax service. I looked up the car and lo and behold, it was never wrecked or damaged in any way. The CarFax report also told me where the car was physically located (Cincy, OH) so I drove up and looked at it. Perfect condition from head to tail. When I talked to the OH dealer about Wildcat Ford, they said they'd been contacted and asked to transfer the car to KY for sale, but declined as they felt it would sell there in OH. And it did -- I bought it on the spot. When I reported the bait and switch to the BBB and KY Attorney General, I received a very abusive phone call from Marius, the sales manager at Wildcat Ford. He openly lied about facts I had IN WRITING. I would avoid doing business with these people at all costs.

My Review Of Wildcat Ford Lincoln:

We recently went and visited the dealership to buy a new or used vehicle. We did not know exactly what we wanted and our saleswoman was awesome. She was very smart and led us to the vehicle that was right for our family. She knew the vehicle in and out and made the process a lot of fun. We are not ready to purchase u til around October though as that is when we will be needing it since we are expecting our 3rd child. She never made is feel pressured or uncomfortable. We would recommend her to all of our friends and family. Our only negative part about the experience was when the manager came to speak with us. He was very rude and loud. I think his name was Donald or Danny? It started with a D. He made us feel that if we didn't buy the car that instant we wouldn't get as good of a deal. Makes us hesitant to try to work a deal when we do return, which we will as Chanel was wonderful and definitely earne our business! Anyone in the market, ask for her! If your reading this, thanks so much and great job!

My Review Of Wildcat Ford Lincoln:

The customer service was very good at start, however it went down rapidly for me, They did not clean or detail my car, at this point I'm unsure if any kind of inspection was done on my vehicle, before I completed the sale of the car, I asked that certain things be done, they could take their time so that it was done correctely, however my salesperson Randy, brought the car to me the very next day. I called the dealership the next day, talked to Used Car Manager, due to bad weather he told me they would bring a car for me to drive and they would complete the service on mine, since I had to go to Lexington on Monday, I took my car to them, they gave me a car to drive with very little gas in it, the car they gave me to drive was due back the next day at 5pm, I received a call from Randy at 4:40 stating my car was ready and I could pick it up, I was told they would bring the car back when it was ready. I purchased my car on 1-24-13, I took it back 1-28-13 and today is 1-30-13 and they still have it. I am not a happy or satisfied customer.

My Review Of Wildcat Ford Lincoln:

We purchased a certified pre-owned Lincoln from Wildcat Ford. A couple of the vents needed to be adjusted or replaced (I assume they skipped this during their percertification review). When we came in for an oil change, we were told it was a minor fix. Either they could put them in for free or we could put them in. We asked them to order them and they asked us to pay for the vents upfront. We were told the vents would be in quickly and it would not take them but a few minutes to pop out the old vent and insert the new one so we agreed to have them put the vents in.

After a couple of months Wildcat Service finally called us to tell us the vents were in. When we brought the car in they could not find the vents and they wanted us to buy the vents (which were now twice the price we paid for them). My husband told them we had already purchased the vents because he was told they would not order the vents otherwise. So they went back and "found" the vents we ordered. After my husband waited for 2 hours, they came out to tell him they had not yet put the vents in but that labor would be $200. My husband reminded them that they had said this would be free but they said they had to charge us for labor. Finally, my husband said he would just take the vents and put them in himself. The service representative then told him that the vents were "bolted to the air bag" and that only they could put them in. My husband was so angry that he took the vents we paid for and left. We plan to return the vents but it will be the last time we ever have any dealings with this company.

My Review Of Wildcat Ford Lincoln:

As a person who hates buying cars to begin with, my experience with this dealership just made it worse. I went up there to look for a mustang. I was told they had a black 2013 on the lot. Come to find out it had been sold. I then asked if they could get me one. I made 3 trips up there to try to get my down payment back-only paid that because they told me they had found a car for me and would be delivered the next day. That deal fell through therefore I had to wait another day to get the car. It was delivered to my house t 10pm with a quarter of a tank of gas. I texted the GM of sales about getting a gas card when I came up for a detail job only to get no response. I then called the finance manager only to leave a message with no response. This is by far the worst car buying experience EVER!

My Review Of Wildcat Ford Lincoln:

I went there to browse for a new car and I got hassled from the get go. I kept telling the saleperson I just want to look at the moment I would let him know if I found anything. He kept insisting for me to go fill out some information with him. I findly did at it took longer than expected, I finally told the guy Im not leaving my wife outside for this long period of time ,and I went back out to where my wife was. Even after I told him and filled out the information and tolld him about the car We would like to look at he brought the wrong keys after we had waited for at least 20 minutes on him. Then he said I'll be right back and we walked the entire Lot agin and he still was not back so we got tired of waiting and left. Terrible car dealer. They have the aslies block where you cant even drive the lot You have to stop where they are waiting like vultures on you to get out.

My Review Of Wildcat Ford Lincoln:

It was a very hot afternoon in late June 2012. We thought we would just stop by before we headed home. We met Kyle. We inquired about a couple of vehichles. Told him specifics of what we wanted and could afford. Took test drive and within a total of an hour and a half we had a great vehicle. There was no intimidation. No pressure. Kyle Lucas was very friendly and personable and wanted to make it right. I would reccommend Wildcat Ford to friends, family, or anyone.

My Review Of Wildcat Ford Lincoln:

After knowing the time I left my hometown and that I was driving 2 hours to test drive a SUV at his dealership, David waited until I was 10 minutes from him to let me know that he had sold the vehicle, instead of calling me as soon as he started processing the paperwork (an hour before)and saving me an extra hour drive and 3/4 of a tank of gas. His only response to my "Oh my goodness, I'm 10 minutes from you," was well you didn't give me a payment to hold it for you. He didn't tell me it was required to test drive a vehicle after driving 2 hours! Very poor business practices and customer service. He was a complete jerk!!!! I would NEVER send anyone else there or go back myself!
