Vacation Repairs One word: Amazing. Our check emissions system light came on unexpectedly in Janesville and after a failure with the dealer out there we contacted Wild One word: Amazing. She took us immediately when we arrived after another 45 minutes of driving. She and her team had our issues diagnosed in less than 1.5 hours and were able to provide a rental to get our family of three kids under 6 to their final destination while they took care of our van overnight. Though it was a little hiccup they provided such tremendous and compassionate service to us. Their facilities were amazing and provided entertainment to three antsy kids. There are no words to describe how grateful me and my wife are to Cheryl and her team. You would definitely be a regular stop if we lived in this area. The service area was super clean and was immediately greeted . My service writer (Valerie) was extremely pleasant and appeared very genuine when listening to my issues with the vehicle. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and she explained clearly what my options were. In addition, the service technician also explained some things in more detail to me personally. I was impressed with his honesty in what he suggested for repair to the vehicle. The loaner car was awesome as well! The repair was done in timely fashion and a car wash to boot. I will refer Wilde East Towne Honda to everyone. More

Zimbrick Acura wanted $150 to do a 4WD alignment and did not offer to even tell me if the alignment was off. I called Wilde about it and they checked everything for free and beat their price by $60. Nick Moderson-Kox was my service manager and was honest about everything we discussed. I never got that "I'm being screwed over" feeling like I've had at other dealerships in the past. Tim Kesterson was my service tech and did a really great job walking me through what he did, why he did it, and gave me honest options and opinions. It all felt very honest and open, and both Nick and Tim answered any question with great explanations. Service was quick, the facility was nice, and the price was right. I would absolutely recommend having your vehicle serviced at Wilde East Towne Honda! More

Amazing and fast service Had to get my car serviced for an airbag issue the other day and was told it would be about a week or so and had to get a loner car in the meantime. However the very next day I was called and was told my car was ready for pickup and that everything was finished. I was astounded at how quickly my car was serviced and I greatly appreciated it. Cheryl Romo was an incredibly helpful advisor and I recommend people look to her for service because she does an amazing job. Also Jaclyn is probably the nicest receptionist I have ever met! Very outgoing with the customers and very very friendly. Have never had a bad experience with Wilde Honda and I look forward to business with them in the future. More
