I had been saving for a car and was anticipating a purchase sometime later this year. Through a casual conversation with a friend who purchases his cars through Wilde, and then seeing inventory on their website over a weekend, I decided to give them a call on a Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, I was test driving the Insight Hybrid I had called about earlier in the day...yes, they drove the car 2 hours to my work, and car swapped my potential trade in for appraisal!!! I had the Hybrid for 24 hours and loved it....I was sold! I spoke to the staff regarding what I wanted for monthly payments and I got what I asked :). I will definitely buy my next car from this group and have no problem recommending them to others. Thank you RG, Dave and Jeannie for your help with hearing out my needs for this purchase, thank you Steve for arranging an AMAZING monthly payment and thank you Mr. Gino for driving my new car to me! I had the privledge of receiving exceptional customer service from a young lady named Kelly Taylor when I inquired about a service appointment on Saturday, February 02, 2013. I called the Wilde dealership hoping that an appointment would be available last minute - it was not - but the way Ms. Taylor approached my request was exceptional. She nicely and politely indicated that there were no available appointments "that day" but offered a future date - and would I want to be notified of any last minute cancellations - all in an effort to statisfy my original request. I provided a Yes answer to the last minute cancellation request and she verified my phone number. Two hours later Kelly had called back - offering a same day appointment that fit my schedule.

Wow - Kelly actually cared and her follow-up and sincere demeanor made my day! When I arrived at the dealership I sought out Sales Professional Jeannie Stathas to tell her of my experience. Jeannie leased me the current Honda I drive and my trust in her business ethics are at pinnacle levels. Jeannie took the time and opportunity to introduce me to Kelly so that I could express my Thanks personally.

I also received wonderful treatment from Service Advisors Guy and Gary.

My encouragement to Wilde Honda ownership - please take the time to personally acknowledge Kelly Taylor for her professional attitude and approach to customers. The encouragement is not to acknowledge her via phone call or letter - but by approaching her in person and letting her know how important she is to your business. I have just purchased my Accord Coupe from Wilde Honda, after different attempts at other dealers. I was pleasantly surprised, after I inquire some info through email,to get a phone call from Michael, one of their Sales rep.after 5 min.!!!!
It was 'smooth sailing' from there. Michael, was extremely helpful, straightforward and prompt and made me feel very comfortable. I found the atmosphere at Wilde Honda very warming, very understanding of my needs and ready to accommodate them all the way to the financial department with Steve.
I did not mind the trip from Clearwater to Sarasota at all!! My time was well spend. Thank you Michael and Wilde Honda for the experience.

Be very careful when you buying used cars at Sarasota Wilde Honda.
I bought a 2009 Honda Accord, when they show me the Carfax not accident reported, but after one year I went to another dealer to trade they found all the passenger side and rear was repainted and when I bought they garantee that was OEM paint.

Wilde Honda exceeded my expectations for buying a car. I’ve purchased a number of cars in my 60 years and this was by far the best buying experience. My wife searched the internet for a used 2012 Odyssey Touring Elite with low mileage and found several to choose from. The team at Wilde (Michael Malmsbury and Kurt Wiskow) responded promptly to out inquiries and answered all our questions. The car was priced competitively with the others we looked at and I ended up flying from South Carolina and driving 8 hrs back to get the car there. It was a great decision. Kurt picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership, explaining the features of the vehicle along the way. Michael was ready with the paperwork as soon as I arrived and the process was seamless. There were no unexpected charge surprises as I’ve experienced at other dealers.

The staff at Wilde was a cohesive team that made the entire process quick and painless. It was a pleasure to do business with people who are professional, ethical, and customer -focused. I strongly recommend Michael, Kurt and Wilde Honda.

My wife and I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot from this dealership. Diego showed us a few cars and he was by far the nicest, most honest and sincere salesman I've ever worked with. He did not rush us in any way, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and had all of our questions answered. On the day we ended up purchasing the car, Diego stayed 2.5 hours past closing time to help us and even drove to another lot to pick up the car in the middle of the night, so that we could drive it home that night. Then he proceeded to spend extra time getting us set up with some of the new features, like the cell phone synching. I would recommend Diego to anyone purchasing a new or used car. Thanks Diego!!

Buying a car at Wilde Honda exceeded my expectations. Not only was Michael friendly, patient, and informed, he also answered all my questions even inviting me back so I could ask more questions if necessary. He was able to find the exact car we wanted in a timely manner. Everyone at the dealership with whom we came in contact was friendly and helpful. Stephen, in finance, was very accommodating and jolly good fun.

I saw the car I wanted on the internet and within 24 hrs, I had driven from Fort Lauderdale to Sarasota (a 3 hr drive) and it was mine. Michael was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Tom explained all about my financing and the great insurance package on which I decided. Everything I was told about the car was true. I bought a 2011 Honda Accord coupe, red, 6 cylinder and I just love it. Now, it's fun to drive again. A hot car for a 66 year old!

Michael told me to look him up here and check the Wilde dealership. The reviews I read helped ensure my comfort level. I would recommend Michael and Tom and the Wilde Honda dealership to anyone. In fact, my daughter has them hunting for a car for her!

Immediately as I entered the store I was greeted by many friendly smiles and had the pleasure of working with Steve Himmel. I bought a car with Steve in July of 2012 and was more than happy with my experience with him and the dealership. He was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. I unfortunately got into a car accident that totaled my car and was so satisfied working with Steve and the dealership that I went back to Steve for another car purchase. If down the line I need a new car I will definitely call Steve.
