My Review Of Wilde Honda:
I did not want to buy another car, but circumstances forced me into an unfortunate situation. After a few visits to some dealerships in the area, my sister and I decided to give Wilde Honda a try. When Bruce came out, we were prepared not to like him. Every other salesman we had encountered in the previous weeks I've been looking were kind of pushy, condescending or even mad when we did want them stuck to us as we took a look around. I know a guy's got to make a living, but I do not like the aggressive types. Bruce came out and was not aggressive, he was assertive.
First, he had given us several minutes to take a look around. Then he came out which is usually when I would want to leave to the next place. But he was friendly, informative, had his ipad or whatever out and started looking at what they had and what I could afford. He was so nice and laid back that I agreed to go inside to talk further. He found me exactly what I was looking for in a fair price for a great car. He took the time to go through the cost of everything to figure out EXACTLY what my monthly payment would be.
The next day I came back and bought the car he had found me. Although there is no haggle pricing (which was nice), he made sure that the few requests I had (like having a few scratches buffed out) were met, no questions asked. He was always there when I called and made the long process of buying a car as comfortable as possible. This guy is a class act and a nice guy and deserves recognition for how well he does what he does. Honestly, he should be the one training new guys if he isn't already.
The great customer service continued when I brought back the car for an oil change. My dad was able to meet Bruce and said he and everyone was exceptionally nice and friendly. I have highly recommended to anyone since to go to Wilde and specifically ask for Bruce. I have been meaning to write this for some time and hope Wilde knows they are lucky to have someone like them at their dealership.
