Straight ghetto. I walk in the door and the girl at the front door totally ignores me as I stand there waiting for service. I call the number that I had called the previous night to set up a appointment and tell them that I've arrived. They ask "there aren't any salespersons there?" I answer "no". The manager comes out and asked have I been helped and I answer "no". He turns around and there is this teenage looking salesperson, not paying any attention, that had been sitting down looking at his phone, to help me. I immediately tell the manager that I don't want him as my salesperson. It gets worse. They then tell me that the vehicle that I was told the previous night was there is now somehow not on the lot and that it would take 3 or 4 days for them to get it. I drove a long way for a 7'oclock appointment for a bait and switch move. The car was never there. But before all of that, when I walked in the front door I could tell it was ghetto. Inside of the dealership is filthy and restroom was dirty . I was waiting in the service department for hours and hours salesman was arguing with each other. The wait for service was 3 hours for an oil change and no complimentary water . This dealership give Honda a bad reputation. If you have asthma and care about cleanliness like I do go elsewhere. The event flyer mailed, of course you're going to have at least one match, which guarantees you a win but this is only to get you to com is a SCAM!!! The event flyer mailed, of course you're going to have at least one match, which guarantees you a win but this is only to get you to come into the dealership. Even though it gurantees a win, what the fine print and all of the hoopla on these flyer doesn't tell you is about the absolute minimum prize. A $1 scratch off Georgia lottery ticket which probably came from the reject pile of misprinted Georgia Lottery tickets. What a waste of time, effort, energy and money. The flyer said you have a $2000 voucsure. You don't. They don't put it towards your car. even if you tell them what you can't spend upfront. They picked me and my son up and made me get a car because when I told them I can't pay that they wouldn't take me and my son home. So me and my son was there for four hours and I starting crying and keep telling them I can't afford that. I just give in so I could get home. But I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT A SELL. More
