My Review of Williams Auto World:
Just brutal. I've been trying to have my car serviced at this dealership for over 2 months! Milt Bliss is not the best person to deal with...he seems flaky; he promised to contact me to set up an appointment in May, but failed to get in contact. I had to contact Williams a second time myself, and still, I got the run around. I would never recommend this place for service- but its the only one closest to where I live. They've got you over a barrel and know you can't go anywhere else!

My Review of Williams Auto World:
I've been a Williams customer for almost 30 years, inlcuding four new cars ranging from a VW to our new Mercedes. I've found them to be honest, fair, friendly and to provide excellent customer service. Their prices are OK, probably not quite the lowest obtainable, but the small premium is well worth the excellent experience they provide, IMHO.

My Review of Williams Auto World:
I bought my 2004 BMW 330Ci from Williams in May 2003 and have had no problems or complaints with the dealership.

My salesman was as knowledgeable about the car as I would expect him to be. I knew a few things more, such as what *exact* options come with various packages, but when he wasn't sure and found out he was wrong, he was not at all rude or defensive. It was my second E46 and I know just about everything there is to know about it (especially after having to wait 2+ months for delivery!).

They threw in a couple t-shirts and a nice stylized BMW "3" keyring with the car (a small token for a $42,000 car, but it's the thought that counts).

After the sale I don't recall ever receiving any calls from my salesman inquiring into my satisfaction. I would have appreciated at least one. He just recently sent me a "birthday letter" though. A little cheesy yes, but yet I doubt a Chevy or Ford dealership would do the same - not any that I've bought from would take the time or would care.

I had one small problem with the car summer of 2003 - it sat for a few days and the battery strangely died. After getting it jumped via my roadside assistance, I had it checked for drainage at the dealership. I am *very* picky about my car and they kept it inside and out of the rain for the overnight test. After finding out that the redesigned-for-2004 HVAC head unit was to blame for draining the battery, it was replaced it promptly and to my satisfaction (although the fix from BMW was to put in the old 2000-2003 head unit, which I do not prefer, but that is not the dealership's fault).

All of the salesmen and other employees there are very courteous and friendly and Williams has my business as soon as the next generation four series coupe comes out in a couple years...

My Review of Williams Auto World:
my engine light came on and this was the closest dealer to me. by the time i got there it went off :) BUT i did talk to a salesman and he was very nice. probably the nicest salesman ive talked to at any bmw dealership. the dealership itself was very clean. they also sell MB's and porsche. My only complaint was the parts department employee didnt really know alot about bmw's andtried to tell me they dont make an mtech for coupes.....also the prices i got were very high.
